Wonderful! He and his secretary were super nice and very honest. They gave me all the details and explained it to me as a normal person and didn't use technical terms. He never made us feel bottom of the list. He kept us updated and was very helpful! We loved working with them

Monty arrived right on time. He started working before his wife even turned off the truck. Both he and his wife are very personable and pleasant to work with. As Monty worked, he would call us over and explain what it was he was seeing, both good and bad. In a situation, such as purchasing property, it is very important to get an honest appraisal. I truly believe that we got that. Now we can go forward with the loan acquisition, knowing the ups and downs of the property. i would highly recommend using Joliff Home Inspection.

Monty came out to inspect a house we wanted and he gave us a very thorough inspection. He went from top to bottom and truthfully told us the problems and great parts of it. It would have been a money pit if we would have got it. We liked how nice he was and how quickly he could come out to inspect the house! He wasn't expensive and really knew his stuff. He said he constantly keeps updated on the new things out there. We will definitely use his services again!
