The guys from Top Line did an excellent job inspecting the house for potential problem areas that required extra attention (water damage and mold), offered suggestions on picking colors and choosing the most cost efficient products. They explained what they are planning to do... step by step, and provided a detailed timeline of work. They worked room by room so that I could move my stuff in as soon as the room was done. Helped me move stuff too!!! They were done in less than a week! Luckily for us the weather cooperated this winter/spring so they were able to move outside as soon as they finished inside. Top Line Painting crew power washed and removed old and peeling paint from the siding, applied primer and to coats of paint in a record time. We don't get this type of weather in Chicago too often and they certainly made the best of it. This was a no hassle, no BS, professional service. They knew what needed to be done, they helped me make decisions and delivered on their promises. That's the kind of service I like... professional, dependable, clean and fast.
