+ -1 moreHad set up 4/1 install date, but my old attic fan started running on a warm day making very loud noise (was very old and destroying itself...). I called Brighter Concepts requesting they move date up. They agreed and came to my house 3/23. The installer discovered some unforseeable problems they had to work around but did so with no complaints or cost increase. The installer was done with everything in about 2.5hrs, cleaned up and I believe everything is just fine. I hesitate only because it has been 2 days since the job was done and it has not rained yet but there is no reason to doubt them. They estimated my cost at $1200. and that is exactly what they asked I pay them. They did not ask for any upfront money, there was no contract. The service/installer did the job, and gave me a receipt for my check. Done. I am very pleased with their work. The added outside light in our formerly dark kitchen is fantastic. Everyone with a dark corner or who just plain likes sunlight in their home, should have a Solatube.
Description of Work: Remove old attic fan replace with new solar powered fan. Install 14" solatube in Kitchen.

+ -1 moreThey have never attacked anything. I paid for skylights and solatubes and they never did the work. We started having a leak in the bathroom skylight, and we called a different company and they said Solatube damaged the roof and made it leak.
Description of Work: I had skylight and solatube work done.

+ -1 moreInstallers were courteous and professional. The work was done without any problems. It was the easiest aspect about the house we are remodeling. Simple, simple. Brighter Concepts made everything easy.
Description of Work: We originally thought we just wanted 2 Solatube skylights. But they had a promotion going on, which was buy 3, get 1 free. We are so glad we decided on 4. They are awesome. I waited 10 years to get these and they were worth the wait!! I love the natural light. I am pleased beyond words!
