Paul from MPT was outstanding. Very easy to communicate with over Angie's List messenger, which worked really well. I even got the time of the appointment wrong, and when I emailed Paul, asking where he was, he reminded me the appointment wasn't until the afternoon. He was very polite and gracious with my error! He also worked longer than the time that I purchased, and provided boxes and outlets for no charge. Work is high quality, and I couldn't have gotten a better deal. I will definitely use him again!!

The installer explained that the job would take longer than the already purchased package and was upfront about the cost andhe performed the work requested.

They were excellent, the price was reasonable. They were very professional an they cleaned up after them selves, they worked quickly and worked together.

The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent. When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice. The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair. Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc. The remodel itself went very well. Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout. The bathroom itself looks great. On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed. I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall. I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied. My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

They both worked very hard for over 3 hrs and unfortunately were unable to clear drain. I will need to have drain scoped to see what obstruction is.

Paul did a great job. He was prompt, punctual and professional. The price was reasonable. He is a hard worker and diligent and cares about doing a good job. I liked him enough that I hired him for a second job which he also did great work on.

Paul was the ultimate professional!! He was a pleasure to work with: capable, fast and even pointed out things that may be a problem in the future. He corrected both of my leaks, had all needed piping with him, cleaned up and did all with speed(which is really important as these skilled tradesmen bill by the 15min-30 segments) and accuracy. I was very pleased with his work and also thrilled with his dynamic personality. He completed all tasks with my two hour window and also had time to give me another estimate for additional work I need.

Paul installed second TV in my bedroom with cable wiring. great work thank you.

No work arranged but communication was good.

We used MPT Enterprises many times before on different projects. Paul and his crew came on Saturday because I couldn't do it throughout the week. Price included TV wall mount and 2 HDMI cables. That was very nice because I called couple of other places and I would have to purchase the cables and TV mount. They installed the cables into the wall and even installed a new electrical outlet behind the TV. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job.

I ordered the service to have our toilet snaked. The plumber came and said there was an underlying problem with the toilet and a part that needed to be replaced. He replaced the part, put the toilet back together and left. We were not asked for any money for the part at that time. As far as I know the toilet was not snaked, it still backs up regularly. I received a bill the following month for the part that I couldn't afford to pay at that time. I received another bill the following month for the part and interest which I paid.

I contacted Paul with MPT Inc. like many times before. I needed shower re-grouting. Paul arrived promptly and we did a walk through. Work was done in next couple of days and on budget. Great work, Thank you

Paul was extremely helpful in solving our shower drain problem, which we've had for many years due to original construction issues. Paul was able to do the repairs with minimal impact to the surrounding tile and drywall. he was very flexible in fitting us into his very busy schedule. He's a very capable plumber, and also about the handiest guy we've come across for all sorts of household improvement and repair issues... We'll certainly use Paul again when the need arises.

Paul did a great job, as always. He is very helpful in resolving complex problems. He did install the water pump, and worked perfectly. When i had to install the rpz, Paul was the first on my list. He installed it, and while there was a manufacturer defect (dripping a bit), he went the extra mile and got it fixed , no longer dripping. City of chicago came, checked the rpz, and installed the meter. I would deffinetely recommend Paul as a very reliable plumber, that goes the extra mile to get issues resolved, and get happy customers

I could not ask for a better experience. Paul explained everything, was punctual each time he worked on the project, very easy to work with. He explained risks involved with plumbing problems discovered during the project, returned everything back to original condition after project was completed and did a complete, meticulous paint job. As for price, it was below what we budgeted and far below any competing bids we received. We will call Paul in the future for any remodeling projects.

Paul and his assistant did a great job on a few minor projects in the bathrooms. Very professional looking work and they were able to retrive my husband's wedding ring from a difficult location and that we had thought was lost for good!

They came out a few times. The first time was to give me an estimate, and then they came a few more times to finish the work. They found some suspect electrical work including a false line, but they were excellent at sorting everything out. My new microwave above the new range works perfectly.

I was pretty amazed. Paul didn't have the part, so he had to come back with a new part and finish the job. When he was through, he handed me a $15 bill for the part he had to buy. I will definitely call him the minute I need a plumbing fix.

Change two bathroom faucet. Everything works well.
