I was very happy with the overall project, Paul and his crew were on the job every day! I never had to call him asking for a status update, Paul called me every evening to inform me how the job is progressing.Project was completed in four days.

Excellent job, outstanding customer service, finished on time and on budget. Would highly recommend. Project completed in 2 weeks.

We started project with intentions of just redoing kitchen and bathroom. We lived in the bedroom with only toilet in bathroom and sink left in kitchen. (Used health club facility for shower). After 2 weeks of demo and start of wood floor installation, we decided to also do bedroom. We moved into another unit for 3 weeks, which was the timeline we were given. Paul and Marek along with their crew met timelines and even allowed changes as the project progressed. We met with them almost dailly and they would have suggestions or ideas to go along with ours. Our working together made our project turn out even better than we imagined and even with change orders and additional materials our place looks like it should be on a magazine cover even though we feel it was done on a small budget. Paul custom built our closet doors to match our floors and modern style we were looking for. All our closets are floor to ceiling and would have required costly custom order. He is a very skilled wood worker and takes great pride in his work. The guys completed and cleaned as if they were doing their own home.

After working with MPT Enterprises, I have a kitchen that is both beautiful and functional. The MPT crew came out exactly when they said they would, reported every day at 8am and worked the whole day every day until work was done.Once demolition and construction started, I was amazed by how smoothly it went (virtually no dust, damage, etc.) and impressed by the high quality of the workmanship. MPT is a firm with very high standards.Project took 3 wks as estimated. My kitchen looks beautiful! I'm completely satisfied. Work is guaranteed for 1 year.

MPT already did some work for us in the past and we know how the crew and owner Paul is working. They prefer to have all material on site before they start project. Once we got new kitchen cabinets, hardware and appliances we set up starting day for the project. They are a really hard working people ( work hours 8 - 5 ) and everything from start to the end went smoothly. Our project took 2 weeks to finish. I have to mention that they are really good at containing dust ( our kitchen is open to the living room ) and cleaning after work.

Paul remodeled our upstairs bathroom. We encountered a couple of unforeseen problems (due to the age of our house and work that previous owners had done) along the way and Paul suggested a number of options to fix the issues. He was very responsive to all the changes we made during the remodel and went way above and beyond what we expected from a contractor. He was very willing to accomodate us, answered questions without seeming bothered and was very good at communicating. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone contemplating a remodel.

The old paint was warn out and started to peeling off. MPT crew show up every day on time and they were fast,cover all areas around porch and clean really well after work.

Before Christmas 2008 we decided to add guest bedroom,laundry room a closet space in the unfinished part of the basement. We hire MPT enterprises, because of recommendation from our friend. Whole project was completed in time and in price range as in the contract. Owners and their crew are very skilled and professional.Their work included new walls, insulation,drywall and paint. As a bonus we got no VOC paint. We are happy with the outcome of the project and definitely will hire them for future project.

Decided on Paul and his crew after extensive research on several kinds of kitchen rehab options. Decided to use an indie contractor who was willing to work with me and with materials and suppliers of my choosing. Paul's quote was lower than the others I received, so was a bit skeptical at first. But after reviewing his work in another unit of our building and after checking his references, the decision seemed easy. The first day our kitchen was completely gutted (late November '07); after that the only slowdowns were due to holidays and waiting for other contractors and for components to be delivered (e.g., the countertop). Even then Paul and his crew were done by late January '08, an amazing feat it seemed to us given the holiday period. During the slowdowns Paul did extra work in our foyer, hallways and bathrooms, as described above. Throughout the entire process Paul and his crew were courteous, professional and incredibly flexible when it came to requests for minor changes. For larger changes (e.g., the foyer and hallway work), it was easy to negotiate the extra charges. I also appreciated the ease of communication with Paul and his crew. I could contact them via cell phone or e-mail and receive a prompt reply. And he would always show up as promised. Since the work has been completed, Paul has come over a couple of times to make minor adjustments. No problem. Having Paul as a contractor took most of the worry out of an intrinsically stressful process.
