Our problem was a bit elusive. In the end, there seemed to be a clog in the exterior piping and Paul snaked it for us.

We purchased a big deal for the services, and it turned out pretty well. The experience was mostly positive. The price of the big deal was good.

Fast and efficient and top quality

I had to get a kitchen faucet installed as soon as possible to replace the old one that my tenants had damaged by twisting the sprayer handle backwards. I was in a time crunch - MPT accommodated my schedule and installed the faucet before the end of June before my new Tenants moved in. I had also discovered a leak at the last moment where one of the valves under the sink wore out. It was replaced at no extra charge even though I offered to pay for the part. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and the fact that I wasn't charged extra for a small part. I was dealt with honestly and the installation time did not go overtime.

I called Paul before I purchased the deal to see if he would be able to replace an existing toilet within the 2 hour time frame of the deal. He said it should not be a problem as long as it wasn't a super high-tech toilet we wanted installed. Paul contacted me right away after I purchased the deal. He made sure that I knew he was ready to schedule the services any time and that I should contact him when I was ready. I contacted him after I purchased the toilet so I could give him all of the information in advance to help the appointment go smoothly. He was available to come to our house the first Saturday after I spoke with him. He showed up exactly when he said he would and replaced the toilet in less than 2 hours (including a trip to Home Depot to get a longer hose). We are very happy with the service and will definitely call him when we need plumbing help in the future.

Paul was very thorough and meticulous. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work and that they were up to his high standards. Initially, he came out to only replace the angle valves, but when I mentioned that I was having trouble with the drain, he volunteered to do the job. With the Angie's List deal, MPT did the job for a fraction of the price of the estimates that I got from other plumbers.

We've never had any major remodeling done before and Paul was very professional and easy to work with. He was always willing to offer assistance regarding cabinet and counter choices available. He made the process less painful than we thought. He and his crew were on time and always kept us up to date on the step by step process of kitchen remodeling. End date was pretty close to estimation but had to be extended a week due to problems we had with our sub-floor. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Crew was very hard working and professional. We are happy with our results!

Their representative was on time and easy to work with. He was quick and professional, which was appreciated. Price on the other hand was enormous. MPT's estimate was more than twice as much as their nearest competitor, and that competitor was in 2nd place. During the estimate process, I mentioned that I'd like the option of replacing the tub in the Bathroom. I figured that had been worked into the original estimate, driving the price up, but it hadn't. I still have a feeling that someone at MPT saw more work than there actually was, but I've got 2 other contractors at much better price ranges, and would rather focus energy on them.

It was a great experience working with Paul and his crew. I was home during the entire process and they allowed me to watch and answered any questions I had regarding their work. They kept my home clean, come on time everyday and the job was complete on the date promised. He updated plumbing in the bathroom to cooper, replaced rotted subfloor, put down concrete board on the floor & on shower walls, new green board walls, installed tub, tile, toilet, vanity and faucets, the complete bathroom. He verified with me along the way the placement of lights, shower head & control and medicine cabinet. We install travertine tile and Paul patiently sat with me as I hand picked every tile that was used. He carefully placed all the tiles so to mix the color variations of the travertine to make it look beautiful and well blended. We are extremely pleased with the work and received many compliments from family and friend during the Christmas Holiday season. We are going to use them again to do our downstairs bathroom and family room remodel.

MPT Inc. installed new baseboard radiators for me. Everything vent well.

They were excellent. The work was excellent, and they explained everything thoroughly. They left all final decisions to me, and didn't do anything without permission. They worked very hard to ensure that I was getting the color I wanted on the walls. They were even back and forth between the store several times without complaint to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. They were always pleasant and timely.

It went great. The MPT Inc. guys were always responsive, they delivered what they said they were going to when they said they were going to. They are very easy to work with and a pleasure to have around your home. They arrive on time, clean up each day and make sure every detail is completed before they finish the job. I cannot imagine that anyone would not be thrilled with the quality of their work as well as the overall experience. They really are a joy to work with.
