Lucas was very professional and did all the work to code. He provided a certificate of insurance. He worked as long as necessary to get the work done on time. His work had to coordinate with other contractors, and Lucas was prompt and extremely reliable. We always received quick replies to phone or email questions. Written quotes were detailed and easy to understand. Months after completion of the project, Lucas performed an extensive electrical test on a problem we were having with our under cabinet lights only to find out that the transformer was malfunctioning. It had nothing to do with the work he had performed. He responded quickly and did this at no cost even though we had supplied the lighting fixtures. Maggie usually answered the phone. She was always pleasant to speak with and reliable in relaying messages and scheduling appointments. We will use Lucas for future electrical work as a high level of quality is evident in his work.

We compared quotes from two other electric companies, and they were all very similar. Lucas was the most knowledgeable and had great suggestions on how to save some money by changing little things in our original plan. He showed up on time everyday and cleaned up his work space before leaving for the day. He also protected our wood floors with drop cloths. He worked quickly and efficiently and the project was completed before we knew it. I was happy to hear that the inspector did not find any violations and that all the new electrical work was up to code.
