We are a small, family-owned and operated business with 13 full-time employees. We all live locally and are proud to provide excellent service and excellent quality products to all our customers. We invite everyone to visit us in person so you can see who and what we are about.

Services we offer

We sell, install and service quality gas, wood and electric fireplaces. We also carry many other products including bbq grills, outdoor gas lights, firepits and patio furniture. See our website or stop in our showroom for more details.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer chimney cleaning services. We do have a certified chimney sweep on staff but we use his knowledge for fireplace related work, not for actual cleaning. We can, however, give information on how to find a reputable sweep if you call the store.

Serviced on Saturday. Co called day before to confirm schedule. On Saturday, serviceman called to say he was on his way. Inspection took about an hour. He checked the fireplace and gasline connecting to it for leaks. None. He went up on the roof and replaced caulking that had worn away. Final result, my fireplace is in working order! Very pleased that my fireplace is OK and with Hearth & Home. On time and returned calls. Professional company. Easy to work with.

Company rep was prompt, quick, clean, and informative.
Description of Work: Inspection and maintenance on Sturbridge Lopi gas burning fireplace/stove. Unit was acquired in purchase of the house. Had not been used in some time. Cleaned out air in gas pipeline, relit the pilot light, and generally inspected and maintained the unit.

FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. THE SHOWROOM IS A BIT OUT OF THE WAY, BUT ONCE THERE, HELP WAS READILY AVAILABLE. EASY TO WORK WITH, AND DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
