vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI dropped the vacuum off on Thursday. I was told I would get a phone call when the repair was completed and that it would probably be Saturday since the repair person was on vacation the following week. I did not hear from them, I called on Monday to learn that the entire store was closed for a week. I called a week later, on Tuesday, and the repair had been completed. If I hadn't called, I would probably still be waiting. The part was $20 and the labor charge was $50. I think the $50 was a bit too high, but I should have asked before dropping the vacuum off in the first place.
Description of Work: I needed a new power cord on a Hoover vacuum cleaner. The old cord had been run over many times and was not safe due to exposed wires. I chose Eirich's due to their location.

 + -1 moreVERY NICE MAN, GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAD TO TAKE MY VACUUM BACK A COUPLE MONTHS LATER FOR A LITTLE BELT THAT BROKE, AND HE DIDN''T EVEN CHARGE FOR IT. HE SAID WE SPENT ENOUGH TO GET IT FIXED. PLUS, HE TOOK IT OUT TO THE CAR AND PUT IT INTO THE TRUCK.
Description of Work: OVERHAULED AND FIXED MOTOR AND OTHER PARTS ON VACUUM.
