We have used this company for our apartment building and for our home for about 25 years. It is a family owned business. They are excellent at guiding you to the best carpet for your needs and their prices are really good. They have wonderful installers who pay attention to detail. This company really cares that you are satisfied and come out quickly. These people are honest and truly refreshing to deal with. They also sell tile and wood and have a nice showroom.
Description of Work: Removed old carpet and pad from a 1200 sq ft apartment and installed new pad and carpet.

Carlos gave me advice that I greatly appreciated.

beautifully! I thought I had a problem with my ice-maker after the refrigerator was moved. It turns out there was no problem, but Duncan worked with me and continued to follow up until I was positive. You can't ask for better customer service than that!

They did very well and provided a lot of samples. The installer was very careful and was a direct employee as opposed to a subcontractor. They offer a wide range of differerent types of flooring. They sales woman was very helpful in helping us find the right flooring for our home.
Description of Work: They replaced our kitchen and bathroom flooring with a vinyl floating floor. They removed the old flooring.
