Rob was very professional. He gave us an accurate and reasonable estimate, completed the job timely and we have not had any issues since the repair. He offered a good value for the service provided.

The roof was done wrong from the beginning. The plywood was nailed incorrectly(not into the rafters). In many places, the underlayment was found between layers of shingles. The shingles were nailed improperly(the nails were still sticking out). The ridge vent system was also improperly installed(4 inches opening on one side of the roof only). There was also a huge traffic damage done to the new installed shingles(to hide the damage they used siding caulking). The siding on the dormers was installed in a sloppy and improper way, without any water-proofing(siding was placed on the roof felt). On the west side of the house, there is a half inch gap between the window clad and the siding. To seal the gutter corners they also used siding caulking(brown) instead of original aluminum gutter caulking.Of course they put new fascia and soffit without cutting in opening in wood soffit for intake ventilation. So, in this case the entire attic does not have ventilation. On the back porch there was no water-proofing placed under the siding, they installed new siding over the old rotting siding. Of course this job was also done extremely sloppily. For this whole job, the Drozd Roofing company requested 13,000 dollars which he has still not received from us. I had to hire 5 different roofing companies to examine the job we had done, all of their statements are almost exactly the same saying that everything has to be done again. Only Drozd Roofing is stating that everything is okay with the job that they had done. Overall the job was done in a sloppy and unprofessional, having many of the major steps be forgotten, so that the job could be done faster and cheaper.
