Sejad replaced AC and Furnace in our condo. He provided a price quote for both units, but brought a smaller furnace unit for the installation without any upfront notices. We didn’t know that we got a smaller unit until we checked model number later. We confronted him and he claimed the unit was bigger enough for us. After 1 year of installation, AC stopped working. We gave him a call and he said that he was busy and couldn’t come until several days later. We had to call a different service company even our unit was still in warranty for both part and labor. The service company told us there was a manufacturer defect with our AC. The repair would cost around $400. We called Sejad again, he came and said the problem was caused by a different part. He replaced the part. 1 year later, AC stopped working again. Sejad again said that he couldn’t come for repair until many days later. We had to call other service company. The other service company came and confirmed the manufacturer defect that the service person said one year ago. The repair costed us $350 and the service technician said that the installation was done very poorly. You could feel the leaking air when stands next to the unit.

We've hired Comfort Air Temp for years now and are very happy with the work they do. Technicians are always prompt, call ahead to let us know they are on their way and are always very polite. Dado did a fantastic job installing a beautiful new water heater in our new home. Really clean and professional. Not too long ago we had them replaced our furnace as well. All their quotes were under the other bids and were performed with the highest quality. Never have had a bad experience with the company and I look forward to being a customer for years to come.

Sajed was excellent while he was at my home. He did a system diagnosis, noted that the compressor was drawing too much power when running, and that the compressor overloaded on start-up, causing the internal breaker to trip and have to reset prior to the compressor coming on to start the cooling cycle.He went to the basement and noted that the circuit breaker was not tripping on start up, and that the breaker was more than adequate for the AC unit. He was very prompt in his returning a call to the Home Warranty Company. When he left my home, we discussed the pricing for an entire unit (inside and outside) as I have an older refrigerant in my system. I know the home warranty company will not pay for the entire system, but I was prepared to pay the difference so that I could have lower maintenance costs in the future. Then my home warranty company sent me an email for a new claim. They stated that Sajed said that the buzzing sound was due to a wiring issue, and that would have to be resolved first. This will cost me ANOTHER out-of-pocket claim. He NEVER mentioned this part of the diagnosis while he was at my home. He is NOT a qualified electrician, and admitted to me that he is not when confronted. My home was previously owned by an electrical engineer, so I am confident that he would have noted and repaired any wiring issues long ago if this was an issue while he was living here. Sajed changed his story between the time he left my home and the time he talked to the home warranty company. I have, with two previous AC companies, heard the same story, and had an electrician come out to my home that has inspected and cleared my wiring as not being the issue. One had 15 years experience as an AC Tech prior to moving over to just residential electric. The electrician that I spoke to on the phone that was assigned to this case BY THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY this evening told me that the wiring is not the issue, and even went so far as to come over for his minimum charge to write this up. Sajed would not accept any of these other electrician's evaluations. He wanted to bring in "his own guy". Granted, he offered to pay for it, but again, we are just delaying the inevitable. This AC unit is shot. It overloads during start-up. It runs at a higher amperage than what is on the nameplate. I cannot fathom why he would sabotage his own good name by changing his story. I guess he doesn't want my business or yours. Buyer beware. Oh, and he did state that he would return the service charge that he made me pay, even though this was a recall and the home warranty company should have paid the charge. I'll be surprised if I ever see that check. If I get it, maybe I'll upgrade from an F to a D. We will see.

This company was referred to us from our home warranty company. We have been in house less than a year, had run the a/c earlier in the year and it stopped working when the heat spell came in late May. Dado came out for and advised us that the compressor was shot and we needed a new compressor or new unit. Warranty would cover cost of a repair only but we decided to go with replacement as it was original 30+yr old unit and newer models are more energy efficient. They quoted us a great price, did a excellent job on installation and we are nice and cool.They were very professional and prompt. We will definitely refer them and use them for future.

Professional, courteous and nice! Highly recommended! Comfort Air Temp installed a furnace in our home, and did a great job. Dado came very late to help diagnose our furnace. It was about 6 pm on a Saturday, he was genuine and was trying to find what unit would best suite our budget. Later when we decided what we wantd Dado and his assistant worked for 7 hours straight installing our heating unit late in the night. They came when they said they would, and the price was right. Before leaving they cleaned up and left things the way they were. We will definitely recommend their services to all of our friends and family!
