CANDLELIGHT TILE INC

The owner named Mark did not show up for the first appointment. He said his van broke down that day? He came about a week later after he said he got his van fixed. He came and estimated the job for labor only, I was to supply the materials. He said he had about 5 years experience and that he and a helper would do the job in a few days. He started the job a few days later, but he came alone. He said his helper quit and that he was going to do the job himself. It took him about a week to do the work. The tile was uneven and crooked. After the first winter most of the tile came loose and cracked. I think the cement dried out on him since he was working by himself. I called him and he said he would come and fix it but never showed up. I now have to sue him for the tile and materials which were about $3,800.00 and also the labor to remove and fix everything another $2,500.00. He works out of his van so now I am trying to find his address so he can be served with a summons.
