 + -1 moreThey had my computer over night to do the repair. When they dropped it back off, they did not assist with plugging it back up for me. I had to call and ask him to come back out to plug back up. It's still not running correctly.

 + -1 moreI had to take my computer to him. I did have to make a couple trips back to make sure everything was going well with my computer and I had to pay more for going back. He really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was satisfied. Scheduling went well and he was very open with his time.
Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $150 worth of PC Tune-Up Services for $100. Something was wrong with my email and my contacts were not there.

This particular issue was resolved while I waited, but I feel it important to note that Mr. Nelson has provided many repair services for me in the past on a varying range of equipment types requiring expert technical knowledge of hardware and software. He is honest, prices services fairly and always delivers impeccable service. I soul highly recommend BytMe and Mr. TK Nelson.

 + 0 moreThe estimate that Tom gave us was the price we paid. He only took 3 days from the time we placed our order until the new PC's were ready. He brought it all to our home and set it up for us and got us up and running. We are very happy with our purchase, and we know that Tom stands behind everything he sells. He gives great service and is a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: We have been clients of Byte Me for over 10 years. The owner is also the one who provides the services. Tom is familiar with the adaptive software and equipment used by my husband. We had previously bought an XP computer from him 10 years ago, which worked flawlessly, but found we wanted to upgrade to Windows 7, as well as purchase a second PC. Tom gave us an estimate which included 2 towers with intel core processing, 2, 23" monitors, 2 keyboards and 2 mouses, plus webcams. We took our old PC into him and he transferred/converted all the files we wanted from the old PC to the Windows 7 format. He brought the new equipment to our house, set everything up, and made sure that everything was working to our satisfaction.

 + -1 moreCalled first and explained my problem. Brought it in to the shop for service. They called later that day , explained the problem , told me how they would fix it and it was ready for pick up that same day! QWhile I was there I also bought a new used larger monitor. They pointed out a tiny mark on the screen but gave me a very nice discount. Very , very happy with the service I received there. Would definately go back and also reccommend to my friends.

 + -1 moreI felt the owner was a bit arrogant. His arrogance cost me a new mother board for my computer and a lot of money. He gave me the wrong part update number for the bios and because of that, it fried my mother board. I had to spend an additional $130 to make the repairs. He did not take blame for his mistake or acknowledge what he did. I do not think that is a good way to do business. I would never do business with this provider again.
