Buchan did a great job streamlining my home WiFi and audio, giving me seamless use inside and out. They were able to utilize some of my old equipment and cleaned up what was obsolete. I highly recommend them.

TV pictures started pixelating. Could not determine the issue. Rick called And i explained my issue and that I could no longer get up on my roof. he told me what his company would do if they came out and what the fee would be. I was able to make some adjustments on my own without getting on the roof and the problem seems to be solved. Rick called to check status. I promised I’d call him again if similar services were needed. He was very professional timely and pricing would have been reasonable. He Congratulated me on my home owner repair.

Doug and his team did a great job hanging my TV with a hidden mount. He and his team arrived on time, were polite, reasonably priced and did a meticulous cleanup!

Doug and Rick were extremely professional and did a great job. Rewired office and completely wired basement for internet / cable before professionally finishing basement. Mounted 65 inch TV and Sonos sound bar. No question was too small or difficult. Highly recommend.

Doug and Joe are very professional and knowledgeable. They mounted our 55" TV over the fireplace and it looks amazing as I was very much confused with the whole process but Doug gave me all options upfront which helped me to make a right decision. Doug and Joe came out to install an HD TV antenna for me. They found an ideal location that would ensure quality reception but also save me some money. Installation was quick, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Fast forward 2 weeks when a foot of wet heavy snow falls - heavy enough to break big branches off trees. Understandably the antenna loosened under the weight of this snow too. Doug and Joe came out the SAME DAY to tighten it back up - what fantastic service!

My pro was extremely professional. He had a great attitude and worked quickly to set up my home audio system. He was very understanding and patient as he demonstrated everything I needed to know to properly use my audio system for the best sound quality possible. I was impressed from the first time I reached out to Buchan Consulting. They responded promptly to my initial email for assistance with a good solution to my home WIFI issue. They then provided a fair quote for services and equipment they were to supply. Finally they arrived at my home within the time frame they provided, installed everything that was needed and cleaned up after themselves. The tech's that came to the house were very professional and helpful. The WIFI is now three time faster than it was before they started and we no longer have any dead zones in our home and we will no longer have to pay Comcast rental fees for the Comcast modem/router we have been using.

Would definitely recommend and use again. They set up our home internet network so we wouldn't have dead spots. Additionally, they hung a few TVs on our walls. Very smart and professional employees. Would definitely use them again.

We were looking to have a TV mounted in our family room, and I located Buchan Consulting. I couldn't be more happy with how everything went. I reached out to Buchan on a Monday afternoon, and had a formal proposal/quote from Buchan within hours. I scheduled the install on Tuesday, and the work was completed Thursday morning. The entire process in less than 72 hours! We love how it turned out! Great response, great customer service, and great work from Buchan. We highly recommend them!

So glad I called Buchan Consulting! I've had wifi and connectivity issues for years, and Gabe and Doug have finally solved them! They were on-time, did the work quickly, explained the Eero app for me, came out a few days later at no charge to tweak a few things, and they even worked directly with Comcast during their installation, and again over the phone when I had to have Comcast come out to rework some cabling. Couldn't be more pleased - thank you!!!

Rick with Buchan came out to install the soundbar for our new Sonos sound system. He hung it underneath our television on our stone fireplace and it looks and sounds beautiful. We have used them twice already and would definitely use them again if we have another electronic project in the future. They do great work and have friendly customer service to top it off.

Rick and his team installed a Sonos system that we purchased from Buchan Consulting. The price was right, and the service was excellent! This is the second time we have used them. The first time we purchased our new 65 inch Sony TV from them.

Doug and his team did an excellent job helping to mount our 55” Sony TV and Soundbar in our basement! My wife wanted a clean look with no wires hanging down the wall. I wanted to make sure it was done correctly and safely. Gabe the technician was very knowledgeable, and ensured he was hanging the TV in the studs. He also explained that the wiring was done up to code. I purchased the mounts through a retailer and when the Soundbar mount didn’t work, Gabe & Doug immediately thought of another way to address hanging the Soundbar. Love this team! Thanks for the work and I will keep you in mind for future projects.

I used Buchan Consulting based on a recommendation from my cousin. In short, BC was awesome. The quoting process was thorough and consultative, the installation was on time and quick, and the invoice came in slightly under the quote. I had BC put in a commercial grade OTA antenna outside, eero wifi system, and mount two TV’s. Doug Buchan came over to inspect the house and to provide a quote and he was very thorough and didn’t mind my asking additional questions. I know a decent about WiFi systems, so I asked him some more in-depth questions like the pros/cons of setting up 5 ghz and 2.5 ghz. In addition to the WiFi system, I intended to have him install additional Ethernet ports, but after consulting with him, it became apparent that it was cost prohibitive based on the fact we don’t have an attic so he advised me against it and was able to turn my existing cat6 telephone jacks into Ethernet ports. I would recommend Buchan Consulting to anyone.

The techs were very insightful and helpful. It didn't take long as all. My TV looks incredible. I highly recommend them. Compared to other company's like ABT who wants $600 for all the work. It's very affordable and professionally done.

Better than I expected. Buchan showed me a much simpler and less costly way to increase the wireless signal for my service and I am completely happy with it. My internet access works better than I have ever experienced and at a much lower price than would I had originally thought I needed.
