Description of Work: Marty came out and evaluated a tree that we were concerned about. He found a solution to keep the tree but trim it and strengthen it with cables to make it safe. This was the best possible solution for us. We have worked with Marty for several years and he is incredibly knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Brown Tree Service trimmed my 200 year old Maple, which had been damaged after a local storm. It looks great. They also trimmed about 6 large hedges in my back yard and pulled a tree stump from my front yard. They were quick and very professional. I wasn't at home for any of their visits, but was very impressed with their response time!

Description of Work: Planted five new trees including a Silver Maple (huge), Colorado Spruce, Princeton Elm, Autumn Blaze Maple and two flowering crabs. Also cleaned up some storm damage. We have used these guys several times in the past. Marty is a wealth of knowledge and a true Arborist on the front end. The planting and cleanup crews are very professional. They seemed to enjoy their work and did a great job.

Description of Work: They removed and stumped 1 medium sized plum tree. They trimmed 5 large maple trees (They are 50+ years old) and cleaned up yard after removal. And they put 3 cables in two trees to support large branches. They did an excellent job. The gentleman who gave the estimate is an arborist and gave us )my neighbors included) very good advice on care for these trees. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were the most expensive estimate I received but after doing some research I felt they were they company that would do the best job for my trees. The had removed trees from the neighbor behind me and also did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them not only for the excellent service but because they are knowledgeable. I would have loved it if they have been less expensive but as the season has progressed and we have had some really high wind days I am grateful this was done

Description of Work: I had a written proposal from Brown tree service But did not use them. I later regretted that I did not have them do the job. |Their knowledgeable representative visited and sent a very complete estimate of the job. It was all very businesslike. |

Description of Work: We lost a tree in a recent storm and called tree services for estimates of removal. Brown Tree Service responded that they would be out and provide an estimate "Some time this afternoon". They showed up at about 6:00 pm, were rude, and seemed in a hurry. Their price of $1,200 was 50% higher than (2) subsequent quotes - $750 and $800. The storm was extremely severe and resulted in numerous downed trees and it seemed that Brown Tree Service was more than willing to prey on unsuspecting consumers.
