Glenn did a thorough analysis of all the possible entry points (every water intake and every drain) and found the entry point to be in an air gap for the washer discharge. The air valve was stuck in an open position thus allowing the drain flies to enter my house. He removed the air gap and enabled it to open and close freely. All things considered, wouldn?t mind the poor customer service if the they didn?t charge $50 a visit to simply spray around the outside of the house.

They are extremely reasonable. They came out right away and then shortly afterwards we saw some more spiders and they actually came out and re-treat it. The day he treated it was just pouring out and he kept saying it doesn't matter and it seemed to matter, because they did have to come out and re-treat it.
