Glass Doctor

Set an appointment and they called to change. I then had to change this appointment and left a message with a proposed date and time. They did not return call so I contacted them again and we set a new appointment. They did not show or call for this appointment. I left a message that evening that they no showed and call was not returned. I had to leave work early and certainly would not use them or recommend them. Please note that when I called, I had used the phone number of an employee that had originally called me to reschedule the first appointment. I don't know if this was a personal or office number. Regardless, the calls should have been returned.
