Very unprofessional!
Description of Work: Called and asked approximately how much it would cost to grind down a stump and they said $200. I then asked if they do free estimates on trimming back trees. Guy said yes so I asked to set up appointment. All he did was ask for my address and said he would be there tomorrow. I never got to explain to him what I wanted done. So I took off work and waited all day for them to show up. They never did. Not even a phone call. If you can't show up for a scheduled appointment...why even hire the person!

Great! I called them after a HUGE wind storm blew through town; lots of huge trees were lost. They were out the day after, and the tree was gone about about 10 hours. They worked fast and were thorough. Their crew seemed to work well as a team despite the huge job.
Description of Work: Removed a 30 foot Bass Wood tree that had fallen in our backyard, and hauled off some scrap wood.
