Tommy came out twice to see us. The second time he walked us through the other bids, answering our questions and telling us what we needed or didn’t need. Everything rolled out according just as Tommy said. Although the shingle deliverer’s concern for our power lines delayed delivery, the large crew got to work. We quickly discovered the roof had no decking. Unfortunate but, Tommy had warned us of unforeseen situations like this. Even though there were a few kinks with our situation, it’s all in a day’s work for Williams Roofing. There sub-contractors are extremely reliable. My roof was done in a day and a half, just as Tommy promised. He gave us a credit for the unused materials and the clean up was excellent.

Three years ago I got bids from Williams and several others. At that time Williams had the best price and also left me feeling they would do a great job. There's something about having the family name on the line for the company that gave me confidence. After procrastinating for 3 years I had to get a new roof. The first company I called was Williams. I also called two others. Again, Williams had the best prices by about $2,000. I signed the paperwork and they added me to their schedule. They started on a Friday morning with something like 8 guys on the roof and finished by noon the next day. I inspected their work and it looks great. They also cleaned up well. I'm very pleased with the job they did. I strongly recommend Williams if you need a new roof. You can count on them to get the job done at a reasonable and competitive price.

The sales rep was informative and answered all of our questions promptly. The work crew was quick, thorough and easy to work with. They were very efficient and left our home and yard just as clean and neat as they found it before starting the job.

Marc Williams made it very easy and convenient to meet with me to discuss the roofing job. He was very competent in explaining the process to me. I explained to Marc that I was headed out of town in the next 2 weeks and would like to know if the roof could be finished before leaving. He had a crew at my house 2 days later after signing the contract. My roof is beautiful and the crew was very neat and professional and made sure that the clean up afterwards was spotless. Having been in our home over 25 years and having replaced the roof once ourselves (with help from family and friends) we knew it was time for a new roof for both our house and garage. After doing much research one of the firms we called was Williams Roofing. Tommy came out, inspected the roof and gave a very fair estimate. He answered all questions, gave a brochure on recommended shingles (but we were told we could choose others if we wanted) and let us think about it. We decided that Williams was our best choice. Tommy came back to go over the contract, collect our deposit, talk about an installation date and let us know what to expect the day of the installation. The day before he called to confirm the work would be started in the morning. The crew arrived the next morning and immediately went to work preparing the perimeter of the house with tarps to protect our bushes and flowers. Once the old roof was off Tommy came by to inspect the roof and suggested that since we had planking with some gaps it would be best to add plywood sheeting. He came up with an additional price, again very fair, and the work proceeded. The crew was friendly, efficient and took great care of not only the roof but the surrounding area. By mid afternoon the roof was finished and the area completely cleaned up. The dumpster was picked up the next morning and except for the beautiful new roof we had you could not even tell any work had been done. Tommy made one final stop to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend Williams Roofing. The communication was great and the work met and exceeded our expectations.

I needed to replace a 23 year old asphalt shingle roof on the house, breezeway, and garage. After getting several quotes I decided to use Williams Roofing. I was not disappointed. Marc contacted me promptly, we met and he gave me an estimate. He thoroughly explains the roofing work and does warn you that there could be underlying issues after the old shingles are stripped off. He does not hide anything and gives you choices. Communication was excellent with scheduling. I was notified the day before the work started, materials were delivered on time and were correct. The weather was a little unstable and there were questions if it would rain. I was notified that they would pass and reschedule the next day. Smart move as it did rain later in the day. The day of installation, the crew arrived on time, tarped the entire perimeter of the house for debris. The old shingles were removed and Marc and I went on it to inspect the decking. There were gaps, open knotholes, cupping and some pieces just missing. The house is 64 years old and has had several roofs on it. It was recommended to re-sheet the roof and I agreed. The materials were delivered quickly and the crew went to work. All of the crew worked neatly and efficiently. When they were done with the installation and were packing up, I walked around the house and could not find any trash, debris at all. Very clean operation. Marc came back that evening and gave the job a once over with me. Marc is a no non-sense person and a straight shooter. I would use them again.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office on William's Roofing. I exercised the option given to me to go thru Fair Claims and William's Roofing did not follow through, however, William's Roofing settled with me for a lower amount that i agreed to, just to be done with having to continue to banter with them. I chalked it up as a lesson learnt to never pay more than the down payment requested. Be aware and beware, i would never recommend dealing with William's Roofing.

Tommy Williams came to our house, did the estimate and explained all the details of the job and the areas where there might be additional costs and how those costs would be determined. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
