The guys at Williams like to get the job done in one day or less. That is good, considering that some other contractors will work at their leisure and extend the job for days or weeks. Overall, they did a good job on that. Also, Williams offers services like Chimney re-tucking and rebuild. This is something that most other roofers don't do. I was able to get my chimney redone and roof replaced in one day.

Williams was the only contractor willing to give me a written estimate after inspecting my roof. The others I contacted (more than once) wanted to "talk it over" and never actually inspected my roof! Extra costs came up after tear-off revealed excess damage; Marc was very complete in explaining what needed to be done. I loved that they protected my neighbor's house as well as mine during tear-off.

they showed up on time as scheduled. the crew was hard workers and finished the job as they promised. they pointed what should be replaced for a the installation which was not covered in their original quote.. i would recommend them to anyone who needed anyone who needs roofin replacement .

Marc Williams (Owner) was very informative and knowledgable. He presented me with a number of options for the work that could be done to have a long lasting roof. His price was very competitive and he did all the work that I contracted for and then some. His roofing crew was professional, fast, and clean. In the future if additional work had to be done Williams Roofing and Insulation would be the only company I would call.

First off I apologize for being winded in responding to this! I as well as my father are truly blessed in having the good fortune of having this company do the roofing on my parent's house. This was one of the best contracting experiences we have had. Ed Joas, our salesman was awesome! Very professional, great follow up and what he said would happen actually did!! The crew worked very hard. All seemed to be skilled at their position and they performed like a well-oiled machine. Very impressed!

Work was completed in one day, cleaned up all roofing debre. 2 hours later they pick up the dumpster and checked around the house one more time to see if anything was mist. I have referred them to 7 other people.

Did a good job, and I'm very happy with our new roof. They kept things very clean and didn't destroy my garden or anything else. Reasonably priced, even when we ran into extra problems... they didn't pressure us into anything, just told us the facts.

They came out started the job when they said they would. They did a great job and when they where done they cleaned up as if they where not even there.

Williams Roofing put a new roof on my house. They did the job very professionally and promptly as promised. When the work was done, they picked up all debris and the area around the house was left perfectly clean.

They were wonderful!!! After signing the contract, they contacted us the same day to choose and order the shingles and they did the roof the next day! It was extremely quick, they came early in the morning and were done by 3pm the same day. Marc Williams came and spoke to us directly and made sure everything was going well. The only thing was that they didn't do a fabulous job cleaning up...we had some nails in the driveway, but really no big deal. We will definatley use them when we need to do our gutters!

Edward (Williams Roofing & Insulation, Inc.) called me and came to my house very next day after I send my inquiry to Service Magic. He carefully examined the roof and gave me several options I can choose from. He was very honest and open regarding my roof's condition and his fees to work on my roof. I asked few other roofing companies, but didn't like their responsiveness and fees. I called back Edward. He completed the entire roof replacing in the same week! Thanks Edward!
