Outstanding service and value. The estimate and final price was the same. No surprises. Complete tear off and roof replacement on the house and garage in a little over 8 hours. No complaints. Communicated with us through the whole process.

We were not happy with the clean up. I picked up over 70 nails in and around my kids swingset. That is where they should have been most thorough. We have a beautiful Blue Spruce by our garage that they cut all the limbs off on one side from the ground all the way up to the roof. They should have consulted with us before brutalizing the tree. The quality was ok, but we were not happy with the flashing they used. It did not look professionally done. The crew was not aware that they had to do the shed. After telling them, they worked late into the night. We had to have them come back to touch it up the next day & fix the attic fan.

By far the best value for the money. Excellent workmanship. Had a challenging time trying to get the roof in due to weather, but Mark was very accommodating. When the weather cleared, an army of roofers showed up as promised and knocked it out in a day. The process was like a well oiled machine!

Be wary of this company. They took the roof off my house, then asked for 50% more money. They told me that they wouldn't guarantee the roof, unless I spent the extra money. What choice do I have at that point? The roof is off my house, the materials are in my driveway and I don't have another roofer standing by. They said that I needed all new plywood and pointed to holes in the plywood on my roof. After I gave them the money, and they put my roof back together, I realized that the holes were where the attic fan and vents were located. Seems like a big scam to me. Did a great job. Quick and efficient. I would recommend when giving choices of shinges to see samples of both the shingles so I could see which one I prefer. Also have the price difference printed on the form not written in pen. Also adise the customer if the price quoted is short of material that there will be a charge or refund if over quoted.

Our roof was done with professionalism and the crew was amazing. When they were done, in the time frame that we agreeded on, there was not a nail or a tiny piece of tile left around the house. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Williams Roofing & Insulation was fantastic. We reallly enjoyed working with Marc Williams and relied heavily on his suggestions to help us increase the curb appeal for our home. We had no idea that changing the color and style of shingle could make such a big difference. Marc was up front and honest with us and helped us make choices that kept our project within budget. The crew was efficient, professional, and clean. They kept the work area tidy and went to great ends to make sure that our property as well as our neighbors was not damaged during the installation. We recommend Williams and would use them again.

The owner/salesman was very helpful in going over what was needed to complete our project. The roof was very large and they had it completed in 3 work days. That was over 7,000 sq ft. of roof. Area was always clean when they left for the day. Price for the job is right with the other companies. Money well spent.

Marc was great. He discovered other items I needed and explained them all. he gave me the choice to do the work and I did all he offered.

It took all of one day and before the storm that never happened. You can't plan around here because you never know with our weather.
