The roofing crew worked efficiently and had the garage and house roof torn off and roofed in one day. The job site was left immaculately clean. I incurred an additional cost for plywood sheeting which could not be anticipated until the original roof was removed from the garage. Even with the unexpected materials that had to be brought in, the job was finished by day end.

Marc Williams was very helpful. He walked me through the project and answered all of my questions.

Marc and his crew did a nice, clean and profesional job and complete the roof in one day. I am very happy with the quality of work and the materials they used.

Ours was a more-complicated-than-normal project that rapidly escalated to the critical stage when the WIlliams crew lifted a section of sheathing from what I'd thought was a sound, tight substructure. Not so. Water infiltration at the ridge revealed full sheets of plywood starting to rot away. Now, with the shingles stripped, time was of the essence. They had to remove all the roof sheathing and replace it the same day, because the ceiling insulation was exposed to the sky. With a crew of ten incredibly talented pros, they ordered and installed the new plywood sheathing and covered it with ice shield, all before about 6 PM. Then the next day they shingled the roof, finished all the flashings, reinstalled a skylight, fabricated a new eave extension on the north side of the house, installed the gutters and finished the job with sheet metal detailing. And had the whole job site completely cleaned by 5:30. I've hired a lot of contractors, but I've never seen the speed, precision and care that these guys exhibited. *Highly* recommended.

I got a total of four bids for a new roof. Marc Williams' bid was in the mid-range of all the bids. However, not all the bids included as much as Marc's bid or the same quality of products. His bid included new gutters with a leaf guard system. Some of the other bids didn't even include new gutters and none included the leaf guards. He also communicated better than the others and was able to convince me of the high quality products he would use and the work being done. Marc got back to me quickly if I had any questions during the decision making process and during the installation. He was honest enough up front to let me know that after the old shingles were removed there may need to be additional work done. He did recommend that we add plywood sheathing over the existing wood planks. I'm pretty sure the other installers would have recommended the same thing or at least should have. The house is 60 years old and the planking did have gaps and holes that could eventually leak and would not provide a very strong base for the new shingles to be nailed into. The new plywood sheathing will cover up the gaps and holes and guarantee the new shingles would not fly off. Marc left the decision up to me and I'm glad I made the decision to add the sheathing. It was early December when we got the new roof installed and we could feel the difference that the new sheathing added in the form of insulation too. Both the roofing and gutter crews worked fast and hard and did a great job at cleaning up afterwards. I am very satisfied with the whole job overall and the way the new shingles look!

Our new roof was installed in the time expressed by the owner. The installers were respectful. Our backyard and driveway were cleaned by the installers to our satisfaction.

They were promt with quote and getting job done. I only gave them a four for price because I haven't had enough time to see how well the new roof holds up and I have not had to replace a roof in Park Ridge before, so nothing to compare to. However they did give the best of three quotes. I'm happy. 😀

They did a good job on the roof installation. Got it finished in two days. They did, however, remove sections of my gutter to get access to parts of the roof to do the installation and they did not replace or repair the parts that they took off. I found out a a few months later that they had dislodged a piece of my gutter which caused it to hang off my house slightly, which caused issues with water pooling in areas it should not have. I reached out to them to see if they could assist, they did not return my call.

The project was done perfectly. Marc shows up on time and explains everything that needs to be done. The final project is awesome!!
