We recently had our asphalt shingle roof replaced on our two story home. After considering multiple contractors over an 18 month period we selected Williams Roofing and Insulation. We were impressed with Mark Williams and his up front explanation of what will be done, how it will be done and when it will be done. Mark was true to his word as his very efficient and friendly crew arrived at the appointed time and worked with energy and good cheer for two days. There was efficient communication with Mark and the job foreman so that any issues that came up were resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. There was no intent to up sell additional work and no attempt to inflate the cost in any way. Having been in the service industry for many years I hereby give an unqualified recommendation to Williams Roofing and Insulation. I have recommended them to replace the roof on my Mothers home. Our initial inquiry was answered very quickly, the estimate was thoroughly explained and the roof replacement was completed in a timely manner. We had estimates from several companies and we were most comfortable going with Williams Roofing. The day of the installation, when the weather forecast suddenly predicted hail for late afternoon, Williams Roofing quickly had the dumpster moved from our driveway to the street so we could get our cars into the garage. That is great customer service! We appreciated the expert installation, the long-term crew that did the job, the attention to detail, the clean up when the job was finished, the follow-up visit to inspect the finished job, and again, the excellent customer service. We highly recommend Williams Roofing.

Once we decided to proceed with the roof Marc was very helpful and worked with us on timing. His crew was very nice and professional.

When we were having the roofing project done, a heavy rain and wind storm came up as they were nearing completion. The men continued to work and to cover the area so no water came through the new boards and roofing. As the storm continued our electricity went out ( it was off approximately 24 hours.) They got a generator in and completed the project. They did an excellent job of cleanup. Everyone who worked was dedicated employees Thank you so much

Contractor was very timely, work was done with in 2 weeks. Construction crew knew there job, fast efficient, cleaned up area, did a good job.

Workmen are courteous, friendly, and know their jobs! Their work is neat and prompt. I unexpectedly needed new wood on my entire roof and the job was done within a couple of days even with some poor weather in between. I am left with the impression that if I needed the crew to return for any reason they would be here as soon as possible!

The Williams crew was prompt and quick. Even with unexpectedly having to lay down new wood on my whole roof, the project was completed within a couple days and another day for the gutters. They promptly came back to address a couple of my concerns and were professional throughout. Only 4.5's across the board because I'm a tough grader.

Williams Roofing was among the lower bids for our 4400 square foot roof. It was a big job but we feel we got our moneys worth. I will contact them again for roof replacement.

As a retired building commissioner I am very knowledgeable and particular about the work performed at my home. To be sure, I have never been more pleased with the work performed by Williams roofing! Beginning with the ultra responsive visit from Tommy and the accurate and reasonable estimate, to the clean-up at the end of the project. The roofing crew knew their business and they only replaced plywood where it was genuinely damaged. Any questions were promptly answered by Tommy and Mark and both were easily contacted by phone. Williams exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Prompt response for quote, knowledgable suggestions for material for our installation. Crew timely and tidy. Protected the landscaping and property. Job performed on time and as promised. All in all a nice experience. Roof looks great.

The crew were all very courteous. We had the entire roof replaced on our home and attached garage as well as adding new gutters. It took longer than originally estimated, but the result appears to be highly professional work. Mark himself is very knowledgeable but some folks might find him a little aggressive in his sales approach.
