Explained everything completly, easy to work with

The roof is gorgeous. We've had plenty of rain since the installation -- NO LEAKS!! Our neighbors, of course, see it more than we do and they have given compliments. The workers were professional, efficient, pleasant, thorough, capable; good team work. The crew cleaned up everything, and we have found very few roof nails afterwards on the ground. Good communication with the Wms Roofing office/staff. Until the old roof was removed, we had no idea how extensive the 1955 original wood board foundation was aged//compromised, cracked, had knot holes [won't accept roofing nails] So, to replace all of that foundation PLUS a new roof ran us a bit more than we originally anticipated. However, it's worth it and we won't be left 'wondering' if we SHOULD have put down new 4x8 sheets. We have confidence in this company and would recommend it. They were kind to our kids who kept wandering out into the yard, too. Should've given the crew a bigger tip in addition to the brownies and lemonade .:>)

Tommy couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Cost for replacement decking higher than all other companies I had bids from. I would and will recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with my roof and the service I received from Tommy Williams and the entire team at Williams Roofing and Insulation. From the estimate to the installation to the clean-up, I received nothing but the most professional service. Tommy arrived on-time for the estimate, inspected my roof, gave me a VERY competitive price and I hired him on the spot! The scheduling of the installation was seamless with the office staff. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked tirelessly all day, and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Tommy came out during the installation to check to make sure things were to my expectations and to his standards. All of my neighbors were amazed that a job as large as mine was done in one day and that there was no evidence of any garbage around my home 24 hours later. I would not hesitate to have Tommy Williams or Williams Roofing and Insulation work on my home or anyone I know again in the future. My advice--hire Tommy Williams!

Excellent job Williams. I was amazed how quick they finished my home and garage roofs on a hot day. All the guys worked very hard and kept everything spotless. Marc was a good guy to work with a no nonsense guy. They roofers did a great job and my wife was complimentary on how professional and courteous they were . The gutter guys did a decent job not as professional as the roofers. Overall the experience was great, roof one day, gutters the next, all looks great. I was under the gun to get it completed fast and they had no problem with that.

Williams Roofing did a very good job on my home and garage roofs. The men worked hard during some very hot weather, and stayed long to complete the job. I will be glad when the gutters go up. I have no regrets hiring them.

Words cannot express how pleased I am that I selected Williams Roofing and Insulation. I was so impressed with Tommy the owners son who was so knowledgeable and pleasant I think it's was his superb presentation that sold me on their company. He had all the samples and pricing available and even accommodated my busy schedule by coming on the weekend. The job was completed quickly and professionally and exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this company and give them more then a five star rating

After the roof and gutters were installed, I had a couple of items I wanted taken care of. There was still a lot of debris around the exterior of the house and the first gutter hanger I inspected was missing a screw attaching it to the fascia. When he came to collect the final payment, he assured me it would be taken care of, so I went ahead and gave him the final payment. The next weekend, I walked around the house, some debris had been removed, but there were still nails and flashing debris readily visible. Additionally, the screw had not been installed. I called and left several voicemails, sent texts and emiails with pictures of the missing screw and the additional debris, no return call. Overall, the work appears good, but not following through with installation of the missing screw and reinspecting the remainder of the gutter hangars leaves me less than satisfied. BUT, let me state, I broke a cardinal rule, NEVER make final payment until you are satisfied - Shame on me. For others, make sure your punch list is completed before you make the final payment to this (and other) company.

Timely, efficient, knowledgeable. This turned into a bigger job than originally anticipated. Williams has the resources to get it done quickly and correctly. They also protected the house from rain and damage to surrounding landscaping. Highly recommended.

After having three estimates, we are satisfied to hire Williams Roofing to do the job. It was made in one day, the workers left the area very clean like they never where here. We are happy with our new roof, is worth the price. Thank you!

We interviewed three firms for replacing our roof. Narrowed that down to two and ended up choosing Williams. Very happy we did! Marc and his team obviously come highly rated and they deserve those high ratings. From start to finish was a smooth process. Their bid was slightly lower than the other firm (who also was highly rated) and they were able to commit to starting our project earlier than their competitor. Marc also called our insurance adjustor several times to explain what needed to be done to which we got the approval to increase the coverage provided. The roof looks great, the crew worked hard and the clean up made it look as if nothing ever happened. Can't go wrong with this company!!

Marc came to my house on a Saturday morning. After he went on the roof he left me with color folders with pictures and samples of the shingles and it was all very low pressure. He had the best price overall and the best warranty. I did need to replace some wood and he took pictures of everything but all of the contractors that gave me estimates told me that once they pulled the old shingles off the roof may need new wood. Williams Roofing was great and I hope to use them again for my gutters and siding.
