Marc's presentation was professional he provided knowledgeable information for the product his company uses and it's installation process. The company workers were professional, quick & provided great clean-up skills after they completed my roof. Their price was reasonable and my roof is beautiful.

Marc treated me like family. His team of roofers worked efficiently to complete the job within a day. They carefully removed all debris, which helped me feel safe about having my children and dog walk around afterwards. I feel safe that our roof is no longer subject to leaks after hail damage. The workers are courteous and show up on time. They work hard and clean up everything after they finish for the day and for the overall job. The roof looks great.

Other than some communication problems at the very beginning (we did understand they had high call volume due to the storm damage sustained in the Chicagoland area), we were very happy with the outcome. Marc was very professional and informative. We needed new plywood as well as shingles on all three of our roofs, and Marc did a very good job of educating us on the reasons for this. The roof looks great, the cleanup was thorough considering the amount of debris that was generated, and the whole job was done in just one day.

very professional, informative. Hard workers, kept area cleaned of debris. They had to remove 2 roofs and place plywood on top of plank boards. New roof looks beautiful. Started teardown at 730am and were done by late afternoon.

Other than a few communication glitches with Williams' office, I was very happy with the process and the outcome. The work crew was on-time and courteous. Clean-up was thorough. I would feel comfortable recommending Williams Roofing to others.

The crew did an excellent job and completed removing and replacing the shingles on our house and detached garage in under 8 hours. It was like a small army of 5-6 guys who blasted thru the job at an amazing pace. I was impressed by the speed and high quality of the end result. And they left our yard completely clean when they were done.

We wanted to get our roof done by pros and people who really cared about doing it right. We interviewed and met with at least 5 roofing contractors and ended up with Williams based on their ability to deliver the service, provide exceptional warranty and answer all of our questions. We ended up installing a 50 year shingle for the house we were selling, because we also believe in doing things right for other people and not just getting the job done.

I'm very disappointed with the selling tactics they use. They gave me a quote and when the work started they came out with other expenses. Also the final price was nowhere near the quoted price. Will never hire these so called professionals...

They were very professional, punctual, and trustworthy. Mark took me up on my roof and showed me all the areas that he intended to target and explained everything in great detail and with patience.
