The roof looks excellent and I am satisfied that the work was performed properly. I would recommend Williams Roofing to others. My only hang-ups were the village permits delayed the project a few days. Then the permits added $200 more to the estimate, plus an extra $450 for a drip edge that wasn't included in the original quote. I also had to request that they return to sweep the ground for nails multiple times before the area was safe for kids. The work took an extra day to perform. But these minor things can be expected with a large project like a re-roofing. They still beat 6 other quotes in a professional manner and knew their stuff.

We had water leaking onto the ceilings in the upper rooms. Time was of the essence! Marc was straightforward and quick to respond to our needs. He was able to find the color shingles I wanted within a couple hours of our meeting and the roof was replaced two days later. His team of workers showed up in the morning and worked until the job was done. We were impressed with the care taken and quality of work performed and the clean up afterwards. During the entire process Marc was personable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof! Our house looks amazing now.

While I was in Arizona, my neighbor noted shingles in my yard at my home in Illinois from a recent storm and thought there was damage to my roof. I contacted Marc Williams, Williams Roofing who immediately went over to check the roof. He contacted me the next day to tell me that the shingles were from a neighbors roof and that mine had sustained no damage. I really appreciated his honesty and prompt attention to the matter while I was away from home.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I could not afford a full roof replacement (which they priced very reasonably), so they did a very reasonably priced repair with good clean up and workmanship.

Origianl bid was for $880. to temporarily cover the roof where it was leaking. The roofers discoverd it was a broken seal round a vent pipe and were willing to repair it for the orignal $880.00 which was I believe excessive. For materials and less than three hours of work they repaired the leaking pipe and another one for a total cost of $1000.. I felt it was excessive, but the repairs needed to be done immediately. I felt I was taken advantage of and the cost was extremely hligh for three hours of labor and minimal materials.

Topnotch work and very reasonable price

After getting several estimates to fix/replace my roof, I decided on Williams Roofing & Insulation because they offered the best price for a professional job. Not only that, but I knew I was getting a reliable, trustworthy company to do the job. All the roofers worked very hard. They started working at 7:30am the first day and didn't stop until dusk. The next day they completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after they finished. Mark explained the whole process and was available to answer any questions I had. They did a beautiful job on my roof and it looks great. Now, I'm just waiting for a storm to baptize my roof!

I am pleased with this experience. Rep was informative about process of current project. He also gave info regarding overall roof condition and age. I really got the sense that this company cares about the quality of their work and about customer satisfaction. I will consider them for any future roofing needs.

I had a wonderful experience, I just hated I was not able to use them for this job because we did not get the bid. We will definitely use them in the future for any of our other bids that are approved.

They did an awesome job! We're so happy with the work! In addition, the weather during the time when our work was done on the roof was so bad, that it took forever for the work to get done. It literally stormed every other day for at least 2 weeks during that time. I personally did not mind, as I knew that that was beyond their control, butthe people at Williams Roofing were far more concerned about it! They hated that the job could not be done more quickly and apologized profusely. That's what I call excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them. Good work, and good service!
