Description of Work: I got eight estimates and Williams was the middle of the pack and seemed to have good reviews at that time. I hired them to replace my roof. I had the exact same experience as the other reviewers. They took the roof off my house, then demanded 50% more for the job than the original estimate in order to replace plywood and add baffles. What choice do I have when the roof is off my house? They really put you over a barrel and demand significantly more money than their estimate. My perfectly good skylights leaked after one week of the new roof, Mr. Williams came out and caulked around the skylights. Skylights still leak, we have interior damage, Mr. Williams says not his problem.

Description of Work: New roof with tear off. Also replaced decking on upper section and installed necessary baffles to ensure proper air flow. Completed job in two days with cleanup. Very happy so far!

Description of Work: I contacted these people from another website for an estimate. They came and provided an estimate and demo brochures of the shingles available. They gave me options depending on the type of shingles I wanted. and the price levels. I contacted them on a Tuesday and they came out that day to discuss the new roof. I signed a contract and they said they could do the roof that Firday or Saturday depending on the weather. The crew showed up around 7.30 AM and were on the roof at 7.45 AM removing the old roof. They were efficient, professional and no loud music or bad language. They determined my roof needed more work and showed me pictures and gave me 3 options as to how I could procede. They did not pressure me on which way to go but did offer me a fair price for the options. I decided to go with the full treatment and they still finished the work the same day. They furnished the building permit, dumpster, materials and had gas powered compressors so they did not even use my electricity. The roof is great and when they left, you could not tell I had a new roof installed. We did not find one nail or piece of shingle trash on our property. They covered the gardens, shrubs and steps with tarps to protect them. All in all, I was more than pleased with the outcome. They even made friends with my Golden Retriever. I would highly recommend these people for your roofing needs.
