Their technician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and had it running perfectly in no time. Friendly, professional, and affordable service—I couldn't be happier. Samsung and ABT scheduled me two weeks out (leaving us without a working fridge for over 2 weeks). Samsung's contracted repair service charged me $155 for "labor" on a date over a week before they were even scheduled to show up. ABT was no call/no show on the day they were scheduled. Wili happened to be in my neighborhood when I called, arrived in minutes, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the needed part locally, and had it installed and the fridge up and running in just under an hour! And he charged less than either Samsung or ABT would have.

I highly recommend Wili's Appliance Repair! Wilson was a pleasure to deal with. He was available to come out to give estimate the day after I called him. Was able to immediately correctly diagnose the problem and find the necessary parts. He knew exactly what was needed and had connections to numerous sources to get the part in a very timely fashion. The job was successfully completed within a few days and my machine is working like new again. He is a very courteous, honest, neat and experienced worker. I have only positive things to say about the entire experience!

He was able to get the part on a weekend and came back two hours later to do the repair. He came out within two hours of my initial call.

GOOD: He was punctual and quickly figured out the problem. BAD: He first tried to double charge the labor cost. Then he charged $35 for a $5 knob replacement.

Very, very well! Wilson answered promptly, alerted us to his impending arrival, and came during the "widow" he projected. He wore a mask. He understood the refrigerator/freezer and quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a good solution. Price was reasonable. A great hire!

Great great great great. Our freezer stopped working one night. We submitted our request on Angie's List and Wili was the first vendor to contact us and able to come to our house the within a few hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, fixed it and by the next morning our freezer was back in business. Wili was very professional and prompt and I'd refer him to others and would use him again.

Came in on schedule. Diagnostic made quickly. Had replacement part in his truck. Cleaned up after repairs and double checked that dryer was working according to specs. Very pleasant young man, Answered all questions.
