Very professional and by the way he disassembled & fixed the problem and reassembled the dryer you can tell he was very experienced. Knew his scheduling and practiced COVID preventative measures. Initial fee was discussed and very upfront on all charges going forward with repair. Would definetly recommend to my family and friends.

Call for dryer repair assistance was handled quickly and service was scheduled promptly. It was late in the day but they arrived as soon as possible. Repairmen came to our home wearing masks in compliance with covid19 concerns. We greatly appreciate this as we are concerned about current health issues. They checked the dryer, rapidly located the issue and explained everything clearly. Replacement piece was secured and they returned to complete the job. Cost for this was more than far. I would highly recommend calling Wili's for repair needs. Knowledgeable professionals charging a very fair price.

Terrific Two repair men came on to my property with masks and gloves. They were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about my gas dryer that was not heating up. They knew exactly what was wrong once they removed the outside panel . The unit was located in a very small space but within a few minutes they were able to open it up and found the problem. They charged me a reasonable price for the time and effort plus the price for the replacement part. I would certainly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors...

Two men came out before the time that was projected, good thing because I had things to do later in the day. they where PPE appropriate, very detail in explaining my issues, and gave me a choice on what I wanted to do. gave me some money saving tips. Did the job to my expectation. I am very happy with the service and will call them back, if i ever need servicing in the future, already told my brother about them. "They were repair men not salesmen" that was good for me I did not want someone to sell me.

Wilson worked on our dryer. He was quick and explained everything that he was doing. He also gave us suggestions on how to clean our dryer yearly. We will be rehiring him to do yearly maintenance on our washer/dryer and fridge. Highly recommend him for work.

Wilson was very helpful geting me to make the right decision to buy a new washing machine. and where to go buy one. He then showed me how dirty my dryer was. I am aware that lint can catch fire and it should be cleaned on a regular basis. Also he arri ved at the designated time.

My freezer wasn't cooling properly. I called technician and he came over the same day. He found the issue right away and he explained that the coils were clogged and needed to be clean. He did a very nice job and also maintenance. Would definitely recommend!
