I had a fantastic experience with Ezra from Stargate Lock Services! He rekeyed two locks in my apartment quickly and efficiently, providing excellent service from start to finish. Ezra was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The price was also very reasonable, especially for the high-quality work he delivered. Ezra did a wonderful job with the door to our garage. It is an old door with old locks that had to be removed and replaced. He did a great job with all of it and all looks great. Will absolutely be reaching back out for any future needs.

Ezra did an amazibg job. My door works better than when it was new. He got back to me right away and we scheduled his service at a convenient time. He was on time, professional and incredible. I cannot say enough great things about him. The problem was complicated due to a sloppy install and he was able to make everything work perfectly.

Absolutely amazing work! 1 of the 3 locks was definitely going to be a pain because the nature and quality of the door. Ezra took his time and did it right the first time. He was able to fit me in to his schedule quickly, was prompt, and reasonably priced. He even fixed the alignment of another door that was hard to lock that wasn’t part of the original plan to change locks.

This was an excellent experience. He fixed my front door and made all ofmy external doors the same key. I had Baldwin locks and it was a litle tricky,but Ezra did it great.
