It turned out pretty well. For the bathroom and trim it was $499, which was the Big Deal. I would say that they are professional in both ways; dealing with Peter on pricing out, service, and scheduling it and the painter, who is also named Peter, was equally professional and punctual on performing the work. He even did a good job cleaning up after himself each day. The only negative I found with them was when I purchased the Big Deal, the wait time to get the service was fairly long. It took over six to get on the schedule. I know when I purchase a Big Deal, it can take a while but because I had exterior work, it started getting dicey on should I get it done before it got too cold. They are a good provider and they had good response to the deal.

Petr and Cesar did a great job for me. My house is an older bungalow and the walls and ceilings of the rooms were full of cracks and gashes. The wooden trim had dribbles of paint all over from the previous owner's sloppy paint job. They meticulously repaired the walls and ceilings, repaired/re-varnished the trim and did a fabulous job of painting. They went the extra mile and even installed a new door handle for me. First rate all around and great to work with.

Petr was fantastic and his two painters are great. They are professional and efficient. I would whole heartedly recommend then and will indeed use them again in the future.

Our home needed extensive work in every room. Petr, Caesar and Antonio were knowledgeable in the repairs required and professional at all times. At the end of each day they would clean up their supplies and any residue from the days work. They helped with decisions when I was uncertain. Once they began working and I saw the quality of their work I continued to add more and more jobs. Since we were painting around Thanksgiving I requested they stop work for 5 days as I had company coming. They were very understanding. Any question or concern I had was promptly addressed. I was always able to reach Petr which was helpful. I have received many compliments on their work and highly recommend them. I did have less expensive bids but chose this company based on my initial interview and the Angie's list recommendations. I was not disappointed with my decision or their work.

Everything went great! Petr Senkyr came over for a free estimate, and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He emailed us a detailed proposal that same day. The price was very competitive, and we accepted. The work was scheduled for soon thereafter. Petr and his 2 painters came over early the first morning as scheduled, and we went over all the work to be done in detail to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The 2 painters did an excellent job of patching and painting each area. One of things that impressed us the most was that they took down and perfectly put back up all the window treatments, including a very large set of blinds and sheers in the picture window. Each day, the painters came around 7:00 am and stayed until late afternoon. While working on each room, everything was covered and nothing was damaged. When an area was finished, they removed all of their supplies from that area, so that we could return our things to the way they were. The entire job was completed in 4 days, 1 day faster than was initially projected. Obviously, we were very pleased with all the work, and would wholeheartedly recommend Signauture Painting to anyone.

Purchased a day's painting through the Big Deal and used it to paint three new solid wood interior doors in my home, and to paint the inside of an exterior door to match others. Scheduled the work about two weeks out. Painters showed up on time, were very professional. Cosmo asked me if I had preferences about certain aspects of the job (brush/roller), etc. Did a very nice job actually prepping the surface by light sanding (other painters I've hired were not nearly as thorough.) The job was finished before my full day was up and he inquired what other things he could paint for me. I had nothing else that needed doing, the job he had done was excellent so I sent him home early. Based on this experience I plan to call them the next time I need painting around the building done to at least get a quote for the work.

They did an excellent job. They arrived on time,and cleaned up when they finnished.

I purchased the two painters for a day (16 hours work) deal from Signature Painters to paint the upper hallway and lower hallway in my split-level rental property. I live in Virginia, the house is in Illinois. I was nervous about doing business long-distance, but Petr and his crew did great work and my tenant was extremely happy. Petr was very responsive and very helpful over the phone to set up the job and coordinate with my tenant so she could be present to get them started. Petr and crew showed up on time, moved furniture, patched nail holes and cracks, and put new paint in the hallways. They were so quick that because my tenant asked them if they had time to paint the kitchen also the two guys (Petr left after he got them started) went out to the garage, found the correct leftover paint, and they did paint the kitchen! By the time my tenant got home from work the hallways, kitchen, and clean-up were all done and the crew was gone. All that work and nothing to clean up in eight hours! I will definitely keep Signature Painters on my rolodex for the next time I need that house painted.

I ordered two painters for a day, but talked to the owner and went with one painter for two days for same cost. This worked out fine. The painter showed up on time and went right to it. Primed walls and ceiling of 700 square foot basement, which had just been drywalled and prepped (two rooms and a hallway). As we put in the floors later, there was no need for dropcloths or taping and the job went quickly. By the end of day two, he got through almost all of a second coat of paint -- I only had a two walls to finish myself. Good deal for the volume and quality of work.

Paint job estimator was puntual and carefully inspected the 900-square foot apartment in an expensive high-end suburb of Chicago. He said he would e-mail me an estimate to paint it. He e-mailed an outrageous estimate of over $4,000 (only and strictly for a paint job--no other work on the walls). I wrote back that his prices were outrageous. He in tern wrote back telling me that I needed to be realistic and the walls were old and were made of plaster, etc. (Keep in mind that they were ONLY going to paint the walls and the cabinets for $4,000, and NOT to do any other work on them.) I refused their offer and found a good painter for less than 1/2 the price that this firm offered to strictly and only paint the unit for. They called me back leaving a voice-mail wanting to talk about (negotiate) the price. No thanks! if you over-inflate the price because of the zip-code, you are likely to over-inflate other things too!

Both Petr and Antonio showed up a few minutes early ready to work. Petr introduced me to Antonio who is the painter. Both were very nice and professional. I showed them what was needed to do and they asked if I had a preference on what was to be painted first, which I didn't, so Petr left and Antonio got right to work. He worked 2 full days and completed the job. He cleaned up everything and my place looks beautiful!! Signature Painting is a great company and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and their price was also reasonable.

Everything went well and they did a great job. Arrived on time for three days, they were neat, clean and meticulous. The rooms turned out beautiful with the new colors. I would recommend all you are looking for professional painters to use this company, you won't be disappointed.

This review is long overdue. We used Petr and his crew to paint my fiance's place before putting it on the market this past spring. Knowing the quality of the work that they do, we reached out to them when we had found our new place. The new place was in need of a lot of work, the previous paint job was very amateur and the state of the woodwork was not where we wanted it to be. Petr came in and looked at what needed to be done, offered his professional opinion on our options and worked up a quote. Petr is very responsive and easy to work with. He lays it all out on the table and is also very accommodating. We had a window in which we needed the work completed and they worked really hard to make that happen. Not only was this a large job in scale, there were just some real complicated features. The living room has a lot of trim pieces and a lot of amateur work that needed to be repaired. When I came in and saw the finished room for the first time, my jaw dropped. They did an absolutely amazing job! I never want to have to move again, but I know that any time we need any painting done, we will be reaching out to Signature Painting.

This was the second time using these guys. This time I had gotten a price for the job up front. There work is near perfect I'd say the best painters I have ever used. I'm not complaining about the price this time because I after my first time I got a firm price up front. I could have said no. They are very good but if you are looking for a bargain keep looking.

Petr and his team did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate recommending Signature Painting to a friend.

I called Peter for a quote and he was prompt with his appointment and provided we with a quote and also lots of advice. Once we had the cedar work performed to the house we called Peter to arrange the job Peter called us every few days with an update and always asked if they could be on site to work. This was not necessary but a nice touch. He really wanted to make sure the work was meeting our expectations. Our painter, also named Peter was very friendly and took his time to make sure the new wood was really taking the new primer and stain. He was always on time or early in the morning so that he could get started. He also gave us several good tips for maintenance over time. We have had several comments about the quality of the paint job and how the house looks brand new. From thier first step of power washing everything to be painted throiugh completion, the propoerty was always kept extremely clean and there was no spill or over run on the paint.

They were good. I thought they did a good job. They were helpful. They did some extra work but I don’t remember if there’s an extra cost to it or not. I was satisfied with the results.

We used Petr and crew for all the interior painting in our house, so when we needed the exterior painted we called him back up. He came out gave us a quote and started within the week. The house is a tall and big 2 story and does not have roof access for a large portion of the eves, so it was a big job. Petr had a three man crew out here and finished the job within a week. The finished product was great and I would recommend Signature painting to my friends without hesitation.

This was our second time using Petr and Signature Painting. Our first project was for most rooms of our house; this next phase was for the finished area of our basement, approx 25x25 space and a full bath on that level as well. The walls and ceilings had numerous holes in the drywall due to the previous owners' use of wiring systems like speaker (surround sound) systems. In short, there was a ton of patching that needed to be done before proper priming and new colors. Petr provided excellent guidance as to the time it would take to properly prep the walls and ceilings, then gave us suggestions on new colors. The results were excellent. Petr also gave us suggestions on painting the trim around 2 doors in the basement, as well as the full guest bathroom on that level. Looks like a brand new area and we're more than pleased. Petr's crew always shows up on time and is accommodating to our schedule.

My husband and I just moved into a new condo where the previous owner had numerous speakers in the wall and ceilings that he took with him when he was foreclosed on, leaving our condo with large holes and scuffs on the walls. Petr and his team came in for 3 days and made the place pristine, did a fabulous job filling these large holes and painting walls, ceilings and hallways. The price includes the paint (Benjamin Moore) and all supplies. They use large fans to make sure the paint is dry when they are finished, completely worth hiring painters to do the job! My husband and I had to work during the days, so we left the crew with a key. They were very professional and clean throughout the days they were there. Months later, my husband and I have hired Petr and his team again to come back and paint a nursery for us, so yes, I would recommend Signature Painting!

Very professional. Workers showed up everyday at 7 and worked a full day. Repaired minor imperfections and did a nice job painting. Covered everything well and cleaned up after themselves. We had 3 quotes before choosing them and all were comparable.

We took down the parameter drywall so we could do electrical work and insulation. We also took down the ceiling to do insulation as well. There were some interior walls (about a third in the home) that the drywall was not taken down because it was not needed for insulation purposes. I had the drywall put back up on the parameter walls by someone else after the insulation work was done. When the guy came to paint the walls, after the drywall was finished and primed on the parameter walls, I asked him to look at the drywall work to ensure the priming of the walls was done correctly. He said the walls looked good. He failed to point out to me then that he was not going to do any prep work on the interior walls that the drywall man did have to do. He just painted over them without any prep and it shows many imperfections. I was okay with paying him the $6800.00 for the high quality of work that was promised even though I had offers as low as $2000.00. However, it was never mentioned to me once that he was not going to prep the interior walls that were untouched when we had the insulation installed. When I brought it up to him asking what kind of imperfections are these? He said If you wanted that work and prep done on the walls it would have been double the amount. He should have told me this during the estimate and not have waited until later after the work was done to tell me that the kind of job I wanted would be double the estimated cost. I have walls with cracks. I thought I was paying for a signature paint job and clearly that is not what I received.

They arrived very promptly every morning and stayed until 5 or 5:30 every day. Every day after the painting or prepping was done the areas were vacuumed and cleaned and everything put away until the next day. I think that all of the work looks great. If I had any concerns they were addressed. The job was finished last week and they are coming to fix a couple of things. It was easy to get in touch with them and they got back to me quickly. I plan to use them next spring to do the exterior of my house.

The company was very responsive and punctual. Their prices I felt were very high, and when I brought this up to them they began attacking the credentials of others they do not know who had bid on the work. I offered them the chance to rebid, and they asked me to submit an email requesting that they re-estimate the job, which I did, and then I never heard back from them.

Signature was very professional and punctual, and worked for about a week straight to finish the job. The painted woodwork was a big job, and it looked fabulous when it was finished.
