Petr's crew showed up on time each day at 7:00 a.m.. He sent additional crew on the last day to complete the job on time. Petr was present at the beginning and end, and showed up in between to check on the job. They were extremely thorough with covering all of my floors and furniture and with patching the walls and ceiling. They spent days on the ceiling and walls. I was impressed by how thorough they were with the patching as I paid by the job, not the hour. The paint job looks great. MA

Petr was highly professional and helped guide us on paint colors. The rates were competitive and everything agreed upon was completed earlier than projected, which was great. His painters were punctual, cleaned up each day as the work progressed, and the quality of work was outstanding! We're going to use Signature again for another project this month and would highly recommend the company.

From the initial estimate to the final project we had a great experience with Signature Painting. Petr was very prompt in scheduling our service and his team was very professional and did amazing work. We are very happy with how everything turned out.

Petr was very responsive, since we had short time frames, he was able to pull people from other jobs and get my project done one day before the scheduled time, which has never happened before.

Even after the very harsh winter the paint/stain job held up very well. The house still looks great. I had an opportunity to call Petr last week as I noticed an area of peeling on the front porch. Petr responded immediately. Upon further examination the peeling was a result of moisture getting inside the house, like from show built up on the roof. This was clearly not a problem with the paint job, but Petr fixed the issue anyway. I will definitely use Petr for our next painting need. He is a real businessperson, focused on customer satisfaction.

Petr was very prompt, efficient and explained clearly what was needed to do the job right. I had met with 2 other painting companies before choosing Petr. Painting was priced competitively. His employee did a very good job, was polite, on time and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would absolutely hire Petr's company again for my painting.

I called Petr because of the $499.00 deal on Angie's list- The details of that deal are as follows: $499 for 2 painters for 1 full 8 hour day of work ( or 16 man hours of total work). When I spoke to Petr on the phone he instructed me not to purchase the deal because he had to come and assess the project. He came and said it would be $832.00 so I was under the impression that this meant he was going to have 2 people here for 2 days to complete this project. When our appointment came around there was only 1 employee. Petr does no painting- he is just the owner of the company. The employee was very professional. I cannot stress enough how wonderful of a job he did but I felt as though I was swindled by the price considering I was using him based on the assumption that I was going to receive the deal listed on Angie's list. I then wrote the honest and professional review (above) of what happened on Angie's list. Petr then called me 4 times within 3 hours while I was in a work meeting. I called him back after the 3rd call and he proceeded to yell at me on the phone because of the review. I ignored the fourth call. This was originally not a bad review- the painter did an excellent job. I told him on the phone that I was working and had to call him back when he had calmed down and was ready for this to be a discussion. Petr then started sending me text message after text message accusing me of not being an Angie's list member. This is my husband's account and the work was completed in our home. So we do have the right to post a review. He then sent me numerous aggressive emails with a break down of cost: Here is what we were charged: $832 ($672 labor +$160 Material) $33.6 per hour with 10% Angie's list discount What we should have been charged: Angie's list $499 deal $793 ($499 includes 16 man hours+ $134.40 includes 4 extra hours +$160 material) When I originally posted the review I did not take into account the materials and 4 extra hours of work so I thought the cost difference was greater than $40. I was open to changing the review but after the way I was treated for voicing my opinion was extremely unprofessional and rude. I really try to be businesslike and tell the truth without emotion even when there is a bad experience such as this one because these reviews are why we join and trust Angie's List.

They were very responsive over the phone. The painter was professional, and did a good job. We would use them again.

I've been an Angie's List member for several years and have never written a review until now. I'm inspired to do so because of how absolutely thrilled I was by the services provided by Signature Painting. Based on other stellar Angie's List reviews, we set up an estimate with Petr from Signature in the spring. He was terrific to work with and followed up promptly. Even though we delayed proceeding with the job until the fall, Petr set up a quick turnaround time to complete the work. The scope of our job had changed slightly and he was very accommodating, adjusting the price as appropriate. Because the job would be completed in colder weather, he upgraded the paint to a low-temperature quality. We were utterly delighted with the results. Consequently, we decided to invite Petr back to paint some interior rooms. Again, we delayed a bit with the job and when we were ready, the work was quickly scheduled. Again, the scope had changed but he did not balk. I had also changed my mind about a color that was partially on the wall and Petr changed it without complaint for a reasonable charge. Finally we arranged for wallpaper hanging through Signature Painting. The installer was an ultimate pro and did a fabulous job with the installation. Our friends and family have gushed about how wonderful the interior of our house looks. Petr and his crew not only did terrific work, but also were terrific to work with. I recommend them with the highest endorsement.

While we did the majority of painting ourselves, we have a large combo living/dining room with vaulted ceilings that we decided to let a professional handle. I came across an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 painters for one day for $475, checked the reviews, and decided to give Signature a try. Petr immediately responded to my request for an appointment, and stopped by the next day to review what we were wanting done. We discussed also having our foyer painted as it's adjacent to the LR/DR, and he felt his team should be able to get that accomplished as well during the allotted time. As the actual paint was not included in the Big Deal, Petr suggested the amount to purchase, and even suggested the local Ben Moore store as we could get his discount there. The paint we'd been using for the rest of the house just so happened to be the same he typically uses, so it worked out perfectly, and his estimate of the amount to purchase was spot-on. On the date of the work, his team showed up right on time, and he was there as well to walk them through exactly what needed to be prepped/painted. The entire time they were here, his guys were extremely polite and professional, and when all of the work was done, they left our home spotless. Their work was perfect. Not a spot of paint where it shouldn't be (we have quite a bit of trim), no uneven coverage, not a single run/drip anywhere. Petr followed up to make sure everything met our expectations, which it more than did. My only question was why the outlet covers had been painted (which I'm personally not a fan of), and rather than a "that's just what we do" response, his answer made complete sense. For metal outlet covers, if they've already been painted to match the current paint (which they had been), they go ahead and do the same. It was a moot point as we were having the outlets swapped out within the next month anyway, but I appreciated his informative answer. All in all we couldn't have been happier with the work Signature performed and wouldn't hesitate to use Petr and his team again.

There were no troubles in scheduling. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal but for the cost of the supplies. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Everything was good!

It was good. They showed up on time and they did a great job with the trim work. They were clean and neat. I won't use them again because they're pretty far away from me.

From scheduling the initial estimate through completion of the project, I was very satisfied with Petr and Signature Painting. They were timely, responsive, punctual, thorough, and professional. What more can you ask from a painter? Oh, and their quote was far below alternate bids we received.

They are very busy but were flexible and worked hard to get my work scheduled. I purchased 40 hours worth of painting which didn't cover as much as I wanted it to. ( Not sure I understood how much could actually get accomplished in this timeframe.) The painter did an excellent job of prepping and painting - his work was meticulous. It looks beautiful! Very Professional and I if I need painting again I will work with Signature again.

Signature Painting is a quality oranization from the owner, Petr, to his highly prefessional and skilled painting staff. The level of customer service is second to none. The painters have all been outstanding. They are skilled enough to complete jobs difficult jobs effeciently without sacraficing quality. I would higly recommend Signature Painting for all of you house painting challenges. It was a pleasure to work with the team and we will be usigng them again.

I had an excellent experience! Everything is perfect. It's the best paint job this house has seen since it was built, I think. Petr was wonderful in helping me choose colors, he really knows his stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend.

I bought the big deal and the company was overwhelmed. We needed our painting done in a specific time frame because we were expecting a baby and we could not work out a time with the owner. They may be a fine company but it just didn't work out with us.
