Tom is a very responsive, helpful and honest repair handyman. Years ago he repaired our unbalanced Maytag washing machine that needed a new belt as part of the Nicor appliance warranty program — he arrived promptly, was very professional and got it repaired quickly. Now over 5 years later my basement laundry sink got clogged up and after giving him a phone call at 630-278-9712 in the evening he promptly answer the phone and gave me some basic plumbing advice and then referred me to an excellent honest that he uses himself. It turns out this company Bill’s Plumbing & Sewer of Northbrook (Ed Dickson formerly Dickson Bros) did a fantastic job of solving our plumbing issue. Tom went the extra mile to help out a former customer and I really appreciate that personal touch, you don’t see that much of that these days!! Not reliable or communicative.

Tom successfully repaired our dryer after another company had tried twice and failed. Tom determined very quickly that the problem was due to lint trapped inside the dryer and removed and thoroughly cleaned out the lint trap and vents. Tom is very conscientious and gives very thorough explanations of what the problem is and what is needed to address it. I would call him again and would recommend him to others.

Overall, we were so pleased with the service we got. Tom does a great job, he explains everything to you and gives you an idea of the price. His prices are very, very resonable. He is honest and very dependable.
