+ -1 moreNo work was preformed. I called Ell 3 times to schedule his painting crew but he kept putting me off to the following week and never called. He always answered my calls though but couldn't schedule. I ended up finding another contracter on Angie's that performed the work for $350 less and was very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Ell came out same day and gave me an estimate. I liked Ell right away and trust he does good work, but after 3 weeks I gave up on him. Don't think he minded since I never heard from him again. I'm guessing my job was too small since he was working on some commercial work.

+ 0 moreEll gave us by far the lowest bid for this work, well less than half the next company. The work was done in a very timely fashion, and it was done to perfection, using Benjamin Moore paint. We were very pleased with the work, and Ell is a gentleman. We will most definitely call him the next time we need painting.
Description of Work: Painting of interior foyer and hallways, two bathrooms and laundry room. All patchwork was done as well. Work included ceilings. Foyer ceiling is 24'.

+ -1 moreELL PROVIDED EXCELLENT IDEAS ON THE BASEBOARDS AND ON THE WALL COLOR. HIS WORKERS WERE GREAT. THERE WAS A LOT OF DIFFICULT PREPARATION OF SURFACES NEEDED AND THE WORK DONE WAS AMAZING. THE PAINTING IS FIRST RATE. THEY WERE 1 DAY LATE STARTING, BUT THAT'S NOT BAD. ELL, THE OWNER, MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS A-OK BEFORE BEING PAID.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH WALL PAPER EVERYWHERE - WALLS, DOORS, CEILING, ETC. THERE WERE ALSO FAKE BEAMS STUCK TO THE CEILING, SHELVES ATTACHED TO THE WALL AND NUMEROUS CRACKS IN THE WALLS. THE WALLPAPER WAS REMOVED, BEAMS AND CRACKS REPAIRED, EVERYTHING PAINTED AND BEAUTIFUL BASEBOARDS INSTALLED. THE PREP WAS DONE IN ONE STAGE, THEN THEY RETURNED TO DO THE PAINTING.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND DO VERY GOOD WORK. FOR ANY LANDLORD WHO NEEDS A NICE CLEAN RE-PAINT OF A ROOM, THEY ARE PERFECT.
