 + -1 moreThe quality of service in the housecleaning market is very subjective, as everyone has different standards and preferences. What I really like is not only the cleaning service: Thoroughly clean/wash floors, counters, tables, toilet, dust where necessary; but it is also a nice final touch of putting Little things in order (e.g. collect magazines, socks and so on). I use their service for the past three years (every other week); I have recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues; I have never received negative feedback. A price for a two bedroom condo is around $50-$60; In addition, if convenient (e.g. small building and laundry is nearby), they would wash and fold laundry for an extra $5-$10. I believe they operate wherever there is street parking available or is car accessible.
Description of Work: Usually come in pairs; most are Eastern European women, and one woman will always speak at least a decent English. They wash hardwood floors very well, clean counters and tables, dust whatever needs to be dusted, vacuum carpets. Would also do laundry if not too time consuming (or if you are willing to pay more). They are neat and quiet, do not rotate staff (however if you do not like your person you get another), which is a good way to develop trust.
