Description of Work: I hired them to put together a TV cabinet. (Nicer than Ikea). Overall I was pretty happy, but a few things stick out in my mind. |- It took much longer to perform the task than I expected, therefore it cost me much |- They broke a connector piece for my cable, so while I appreciated that they sent out someone to buy a replacement, they charged me for it - I didn't break it. |- By the time they had completed, I felt really rushed to get them out (I had to get to work too), so I did not scrutinize the piece as closely. There are little things that could have been assembled better (uneven door, pegs showing). | |On the other hand - he moved a TV from my upstairs to my downstairs. And they were very nice and polite.

Description of Work: It wasn't what he did, but the fact that he couldnt do several of the things I asked for and I used very little of the time I'd paid for. It just wasn't a good fit for me. I finally hired someone that's done other remodeling work for me & he did everything I wanted in less time than what I'd paid for with Gary's company. It was awkward & uncomfortable working with them , but in their defense, maybe that was b/c of me.

Description of Work: They came and repaired and painted some door, replaced light bulbs and did some other handyman odd jobs around my home.

Description of Work: I hired Gary for (2) hours. He did some extensive interior caulking and installed (2) shower heads. He did a great job. I recommended him to my sister and she had him install drape hardware into her brick walls. She was very happy with his work, too.

Description of Work: The service man fixed my very loose front door with anchor screws.....I now have a door that is normal.and firmly affixed to frame;..opens and closes like it should -- with ease....He also replaced the out-dated door knob with an up-to-date one we purchased my local hardware store....Am fullly satisfied with the service.......jg

Description of Work: Used an Angie's List coupon - I think it was $79 for 2 hours. GREAT EXPERIENCE: had him do a series of small tasks, which he did extremely well and fast. Removed a decaying wooden walkway from my yard, replaced a broken smoke detector (including running to the neighborhood Ace to get the right one), installed a skylight screen with caulking (last handyman from Angie's list put it up without any adhesive and it fell down shortly thereafter), fixed a drawer in my closet system that had been broken for about a year.
