Mr. Kreusch was a very pleasant gentlemen. He showed me and explained as well the work that was needed, it was mostly around the base of the rooms outside wall. Water had been destroying some of the brickwork. When he completed the job I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their work. They came at the time they were expected.

It was a good experience. We are probably going to go with them but we are not going to do the work for probably six months. I did like the man who came out. I just felt like he was honest and personable. It seemed like he wanted to help us with the other work that we are going to be doing. He said that he would recommend other people for some of our other work and he had a fair price. He had a same day turnaround for his estimate. I told him that I was not going to be there when he comes and so he went out there and did it without me being there which was what I wanted. So, I do not know if he was on time or not.

Repaired well, in a timely manner for a reasonable price. The work has held up well.

Work was excellent. They were very responsive, sensitive to my property, cleaned up nice, were on time and on budget, and quite pleasant. I will definitely call them next time I need work done!

Don, the owner, gave us an estimate and after we accepted the bid, he had two of his men here within a couple of days to complete the work. They arrived promptly and set up their scaffold and went to work on the chimney. Before they left on the first day, they hosed down the surrounding area where they were working, to clean off the dust. They arrived early on the second day and finished grinding and tuckpointing the other areas. They once again cleaned up after themselves and left no signs that they were even here.

We never really interacted with him. It was great. He did a good job. He was willing to do a small job for us that others weren't willing to do.

It was a very good experience. He left an estimate in the mailbox which was very reasonable. We gave him the ok and he did a real short order and it looked fine. I thought his estimate was reasonable. He left the bill and I sent him a check. It was very easy and professional.
