DECO RAILING

I called Ed and left a message; he promptly called me back the same day. After I explained our need, Ed was able to provide several options that we could go with from the least expensive (fixing/repairing) to the most expensive (replacing the entire railing). I ended up sending Ed some pictures to give him a better idea of the issue. He immediately called me back after reviewing the pictures and with his advice we were able to decide on an option - repairing the corroded post. As agreed upon, Ed came out a few days later and repaired the post. It was a pleasure to have Ed do the work. He is a great listener, extremely knowledgeable of his craft, punctual, and his work is of high quality! He even took care not to damage any of the plants around the railing and left the work area spotless. We highly recommend his services!

I was looking for a high quality iron railing that would hold up to the weather. Got in contact with Edward Off designed fabricated and installed it. Finished with extra coat of paint at my request, which has turned out to extra durable. He did really good work, he is like a one man company. He was very neat, very informative about the desgin aspect, was very hands on throughout the process answering questions for us. He was very professional and courteous.

I was quoted for a simple wrought iron railing, painted white, for my front porch. After getting three estimates, I chose Deco Railing. While this was the lowest quote we received, that was not the main reason we chose Deco. We chose Deco because of the fair salesmanship. There was no up-sale pressure; as a matter of fact, the owner convinced us we could save our money and skip the fancy scroll work. He was right. Our simple railing, which is all we wanted to begin with, is exactly what we still want now that it is installed. We have already received compliments on it from several people. And, he did not try to talk us out of a white railing, which we really wanted. Our entire home is white (door trim, door, windows, etc), and the other estimators tried to talk us out of white and quoted us three times as much to paint it white than Deco did. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS REQUESTED AND THEY LOOK EXCELLENT. REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND THAT TOOK TIME. OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH WHAT WAS DONE.
