+ -1 moreMike showed up on time and was professional, courteous, and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He took the time to answer my questions. He was very thorough, and was good at explaining whether anything was a "big deal" or giving a ballpark figure as to how much it might cost to repair or replace. He explained why certain things were an issue (did not meet code, was unsafe for whatever reason, what might be caused by the defect, etc.), so I was able to make a better judgment about repairs/credits prior to closing. I would recommend Mike to anyone buying a home.

+ -1 moreMIKE GORIL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. HE HAD TO PERFORM THESE TESTS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE SELLERS AND HIS PLEASANT MANNER WAS REASSURING TO THEM (IMPORTANT SINCE WE WERE STILL NEGOTIATING). HE PERFORMED THE TESTS AND GOT US THE RESULTS QUICKLY AND EASILY, SO HAVING SOMEONE DEPENDABLE MADE THIS ONE LESS THING TO WORRY ABOUT DURING OUR HOME-BUYING ADVENTURE.
Description of Work: MIKE GORIL PERFORMED A TERMITE INSPECTION ($85.) AND RADON TESTING ($275.) FOR THE HOME WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING.
