+ -1 moreThis company offers a per season plan or per event plan. We chose per event for the month of December and were disappointed to find out that we are being charged for them clearing snow when we had less than 2" of snow. We didn't realize they had cleared any snow and in fact, they have cleared 6 times in less than 3 weeks of December 2013. That seems unreasonable and excessive. We didn't understand that they would come whenever and as often as they chose and we really paid for it!
Description of Work: This provider cleared the sidewalks in front of our condo building, in Chicago. Humboldt Park.
