The service was excellent as well as the cost. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

Mike was initially very responsive. I was able to speak to him the same day I called and we set up an appointment to meet at my house for an estimate the very next afternoon. He was punctual for that appointment and professional to work with while getting the details of my project for his estimate. He told me he'd prepare an estimate for me. That was the last I ever heard from him. I waited a couple of weeks and then started calling. I left at least 4-5 voicemails for him over a span of several weeks and never got a response. To this day, I've never had a response from him. If you don't want the job, that's fine - but at least have the professional courtesy to respond to my calls and tell me that. After wasting at least a month waiting for a response from him (because he is a local guy and I wanted to use his services and give him the work if I could, as opposed to someone outside the community), I found someone else. I have no idea of the quality of his work . . . It may be great, for all I know. It's impossible for me to say since I couldn't even get an estimate.

Contacted them and received a prompt response . . . we setup a time which met my request despite Max Power being involved in tornado recovery work in Coal City. He arrived early (there's something to note!), was professional in his inspection and provided the assessment documentation in a timely manner despite being a Sunday evening. While this was not a total house wiring project, a tradesman performance on the smaller jobs is usually indicative of how he works the larger jobs and in this case Max Power was timely in his communications, arrived early, was professional while at the home and provided the documentation in short order. Overall, I would highly recommend Max Power for any electrical project!

Mike was very professional and pleasant. He came out within a couple days after my initial call. I told him about the problems we were having and he jumped right in and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We felt very comfortable with his work and rates. We would definitely call him again if we ever need an electrician.

we called Mike and he gave us a time he would be here. he came at the appointed time, connected the ceiling light, and then also connected up the yard light. he worked very efficiently, charged a modest rate, and is very personable. we will certainly call him again when we need electrical work done. we highly commend him for coming when he said he would and doing a great job. .

Mark, the owner of the company, showed up on time and was professional the entire time. He had come earlier to give us a quote and when he started working, it took less time than projected. He also noted some minor issues with our wiring and advise while it isn't going to be problem now, it would be something we would want to look into fixing in the future.

Mike came out and provided me an estimate for the work of installing one ceiling light, the closet light and 2 electrical outlets. I felt the estimate was reasonable and so scheduled the work. When I purchased the ceiling light, I had to get a 2-pack so on the day of the work, I asked if the extra light could be installed in the main bathroom. Mike told me the price and agreed to do the installation. He was quick, did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. There was a little dust that I had to vacuum up but that was it. Everything looks great and functions as expected. I would recommend Max Power and will definitely use him again.

I am extremely pleased. Mike and two co-workers showed up on time, (early) everyday. The whole job took a little over 2 days which was what he estimated. I made a few changes along the way adding items and removing items and it was all done without any problem. The final bill was exactly what he proposed with minor adjustments for my changes. They also discovered the source of a leak in my basement and provided the remedy.:) I am very grateful for that. The city inspector passed everything and it looks like a very professional job. I had one 3-way switch that later didn't work and Mike came back and repleced it at no charge. They were prompt, courteous, hard working, professional, and fun.. Yes, I said and quot;funand quot;. They enjoy thier work and each other. I highly recommend Max Power. Inc..

Mike and his coworker were terrific! As a single woman and new homeowner, I was worried about getting taken advantage of, but Mike was great every step of the way. He spend a lot of time with me when he gave me the estimate. They were at my house for 5 days as I remember, always arrived on time, cleaned up thoroughly and were very careful with my home and belongings. They were so great. Also, as they worked, they explained to me what they were doing and why, and when there were choices to be made, they explained everything, and never made me feel like a newbie. Very great experience.

I hired Max Power Inc. to replace a two-story foyer light fixture in our newly constructed home. The electrician arrived five minutes early and was very professional. He had the new fixture assembled and the old fixture replaced in less than an hour. I highly recommend Max Power Inc. and will definitely use them again.
