Showed up to install a new water heater same day. I was very happy with my experience. Tim was able to answer all my questions and the project was done very quickly. Excellent service very knowledgeable and professional. I completely recommend Grundy Plumbing.

Tim was fantastic!! Had a broken gas valve on my hot water heater, he gave me all options and most cost effective. I elected to order the part from the manufacturer, he was at my house same day it arrived, only to find out they sent the wrong style. The box, hook ups and wiring all different. He knew I had already been without hot water for several days, he was able to add to the part to make it compatible with my water heater...within a short period of time I was up and running. His service, cost, reliability and knowledge was 5 star hands down!!

Tim was very knowledgeable about my hot water system and the stress that has been put on the pipes. He explained the process, replaced the old ones, which were original to the home, and did a great job cleaning up afterward.
