The installation process was quick and efficient for Able and Willing. The properly measured for the furnace and A/C to operate at the most efficient levels. A year later the thermostat caused a short to the igniter and they were able to diagnose on the phone after hours to at least get us until the next day when they installed a new Google Nest thermostat. All though the thermostat needed a common wire in which the existing wiring only had wires instead of six they got the thermostat to run optimally!
