+ 0 moreIllini was the third number we called, and the only one able to get to us the same day. They were there in a couple of hours, fixed the cable, and tweaked the rest of the mechanism so it ran more smoothly and quietly than ever, all for a very reasonable price. We also asked about a new door seal, which he said he could provide, and was back two days later to install that. Very impressive customer service ... we'll call them first from now on!
Description of Work: One side of our garage door cable snapped, pulling the other side out of the track, which made the mechanism inoperable (and left us without transportation to go to work). We needed a fast repair.
