Painting time

Francisco was introduced to us by Clean Time a home cleaning service we have leveraged for the past year and are extremely happy with. Francisco came by 1 week prior to assess scope of work and estimate time & materials needed to complete the work. He arrived promptly the following (scheduled) Saturday and replaced the rotted/warped wood around the bay window with new cedar planks and had the new wood primed and painted within about 5 hours. We were honestly amazed with the quality of his restoration job - it kind of kills us to think we waited as long as we did to get this done! We liked his attention to detail so much that we asked him to provide an estimate that scoped repainting our entire kitchen & kitchen cabinets white to match a new island table that was just installed. The kitchen job was scheduled 2 weeks later and while the job took quite a bit longer (2 weeks total) we were extremely happy with the end result. Francisco takes a lot of pride his work but more importantly recognizes that the house must remain functional while he is executing. He had the kitchen quarantined off and literally removed cabinet components to ensure every nook and cranny was painted. He made a few recommendations along the way like suggesting some things (like weather stripping along the patio sliding door) be replaced vs restored which were the right calls. We put the entire job in his hands and all said and done couldn't be one bit happier with the work performed. We had some electrical work intertwined (schedule wise) and he had no issues working around and ultimately repairing designed damage to the ceiling as a result of new invasive lighting that was installed. I would not hesitate to leverage his services again and highly recommend him as a service provider.
