My wife and I have wanted to finish our basement for quite some time. We obtained estimates from other companies listed on Angies list, but the quoted prices were far outside of our budget. Knowing that in most cases quotes are often exceeded once the job begins we were hesitant to begin this project. However, once we discussed this with Daniel (the owner) he assured us that he could come in at a lower cost without sacrificing the quality of work. He not only came through on our costs without any significant price changes during the course of the work, but the job was accomplished in six weeks as promised. As my wife and I are expecting a new baby soon we had a tight deadline to get this job completed and were very happy DAC stayed on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent and Daniel was very prompt with getting back to us as we had many questions. On a side note, we also had other smaller projects that we decided to have DAC work on during the course of our basement finishing. Daniel was very accommodating and was able to complete our other projects in a timely fashion without interrupting the work on our basement. Overall, this was a major investment for us so we were a little nervous beginning this project, but the outcome could not have been better! I would highly recommend DAC Electric and will definitely use them in the future.
