Justyn was very prompt and efficient, always sends a text just prior to arrival which I appreciate. He explained everything he did and I feel better knowing that he is maintaining the door on a regular basis. Also BDK scheduled my appointment in one day.

Fast service quality work at a fair price. Friendly, courteous installer who replaced broken spring along with pullies and cables. Done in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend. Have also done work for my sister and her neighbor with everyone satisfied with their quality work.

They were on time, inspected everything thoroughly, explained what needed to be done, explained my options, and were very friendly & professional. The work was completed in just a couple hours. I will definitely call BDK if I need anything in the future.
Description of Work: Overhead door wouldn't open. They found broken tortion spring, top rail, cables, and bottom plates needed replacing.
