Rip-off!!!Stay away!!!!They price repair service based on your desperation. I called them to fix a furnace making a loud clanking noise. I had to turn off the furnace the night before as the noise was unbearable. It was 50 f in the house when the technician showed up. He said the blower motor and the cage needs to be replaced and priced it at $1357. I was desperate to have my house warm again and didn't give it a thought and agreed. While he was gone to get parts I got a call from All-Temp whom I had previously called to get a price. Now since the furnace was opened up and the problem diagnosed I was able to accurately describe the issue to him and he gave a quote of $700 to fix it. After the technician from All Seasons came back with parts, I took pictures of the labels on the boxes and searched the parts on google. The maximum price for the blower motor was $ 218 on amazon and $ 89 for the cage. So they charged me upwards of$ 1000 for the labor. Since I agreed in a haste I had to pay up. The technician also performed some diagnostic tests and cleaned the flame sensor after installing the motor for 5 minutes, but I do not believe it's worth $1000 of labor. All I could do now is to write this review in hopes that it'll help others like me. I've attached the pictures I took of the parts boxes and of the invoice that they gave me. You can Google the part #s for the actual price of the parts at multiple stores and websites.

Leroy was excellent and professional on this emergency weekend repair by replacing the flame sensor and the ignitor to get heat working again in my home.

This was not how I would choose to spend $15K, but if you have to replace 2 furnaces, 2 Acs and 2 water heaters, All Seasons Heating & Cooling is where you want to put your money! From the very start, we had confidence in their knowledge, experience and, after several quotes from other companies, found All Seasons to be more then competitive with their quote. The men who spent 4 days in my basement were professional, courteous, and punctual. I hardly knew they were even in my home! I would not hesitate to rehire them - but the good news is our new York furnaces should keep us warm for the next 15-20 years!

We called to get a quote and they sent someone out immediately. The installers were excellent. Arrived right on time, explained what being done and what schedule we could expect throughout the next couple days. They worked hard and were very courteous and respectful while in our home. The work was completed on time and they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The office staff called to follow up and we had all our questions answered. I feel very comfortable recommending this company for other jobs.

All Seasons did not offer to remedy the situation. I went ahead and obtained a second opinion and then another after that. The concensus of opinions was the installation was not up to their standards. What I regret is this - I did not research the proper installation of a furnace. There is a wealth of information out there and the providers I spoke with were kind and generous by offering their insight and expertise. Looking closer at what is standard and what we have - well, now I see the difference. On a positive note, I found a highly reputable provider on Angie's List who will bring the installation up to his standards. Based on my research, he is not making anything on this project. He really seemed to care and wanted to make it right. And for that, he will have a customer for life. _______________________________ Update: All Seasons Heating and Cooling reimbursed us $225 to replace the piping on 9/28/2015.

My mother and I have used All Seasons for many years. We both live in mobile homes and they are undaunted by the furnaces in the older homes. They have always been polite, friendly, informational and conscientious. I have always been amazed with the wealth of knowledge. They do preventive maintenance so that in the middle of winter you don't have to call them with a heating emergency. If we did not love them we repeatedly use them year after year. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have customers for years. Now they service our neighbors heating and cooling. Honest, loyal service.

All Seasons - Leroy Snyder and his staff have always been very thorough and efficiant. It is a family business and very caring.

I have used All Seasons before. They put in a furnace about 3.5 years ago, so when the AC stopped they were the first ones I called. Kelly (a service tech) was prompt and friendly and gave me the bad news straight. The old (20 year old) unit would not start and they'd be glad to provide a quote. The quote seemed high, but I believed All Seasons to be honest so I bit the bullet and told them to order the unit and we'd set up an appointment. I gave them a credit card on which to place the $2,000 down payment. After having time to check out internet prices I saw my $4,300 job required only a $1,600 unit. (It was an exact match) I am a retired businessman and I don't begrudge anyone a profit. So I called their shop and asked for more detail to the quote. A one line item quote for $4,300 didn't allow me to understand what additional items were going to be needed to do the job (and where the other $2,700 would be going toward). I was kind of surprised when they said "No". Maggie was nice enough but said they never provided any detail to customers. (She'd talk with the owner to see what she could do) I instructed her to but the job on hold (I didn't think it would be fair to leave one of her crews idle for the upcoming install date). Maggie then told me there would be a $400 restocking charge if I did not go ahead on the install. There was no mention of this during the quote process and nothing printed on any paperwork they provided to me. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and nothing will be paid. - No $4,300 and and no restocking charge. Changing terms of a contract is illegal in every state. Why not try to sock me with a "Crew idle" charge, a "rescheduling" charge, an "internal processing" charge, etc.? After cancelling the job I called a few other HVAC shops. In addition to the existing issues each shop told me that reusing the 20 year old acoil was a terrible idea and it most probably wouldn't work. So I wonder how much higher the $4,300 bill would have been. I'd strongly suggest to steer clear of these guys.
