+ -1 moreHe's very responsive to your needs and very responsible, makes sure that he follows through with what he says he'll do. I had an incident with him when he discovered that part, it was about 3 o clock in the afternoon. He was willing at that point to drive several hours to go the part and bring it back that evening and put it in so I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty.
Description of Work: He did you know like a winter check and he discovered that one of the parts in the furnace was defective so he replaced it.
